Aviation propeller is a key component that converts engine output power into tension.Under different working conditions on the ground and in the air,it is continuously subjected to mechanical and gas forces,resulting in steady-state and vibration stress.At the same time,it also suffers from external impact and environmental corrosion,resulting in transient or fatigue damage or even catastrophic consequences.The coupling of aerodynamic unbalance and mass unbalance in flight makes the vibration situation more complicated.The influence of aerodynamic unbalance must be fully considered in the vibration suppression of aviation propeller.In this paper,by exploring the mechanism of propeller engine vibration,rotor dynamics equation under the coupling effect of aerodynamic and mass unbalance is established based on the foliin-momentum theory.A simulation model based on a certain type of propeller is established,and the mechanism of propeller unbalance coupling vibration and the law of unbalance response are deeply discussed.The aerodynamic unbalance,mass unbalance and aerodynamic and mass unbalance coupling vibration laws of aviation propeller under different working conditions are simulated to provide technical support for dynamic balance and automatic balance.The main contents are as follows:(1)The basic principle of propeller engine vibration generation is expounded,the propeller rotor is analyzed by dynamics and aerodynamics,and the aerodynamic unbalance theory is derived based on the foliage-momentum theory,and the rotor dynamics equation under the coupling effect of aerodynamic unbalance and unbalanced mass is established.(2)The simulation model of propeller engine is established according to a certain type of aviation propeller engine,and the different rotating parts of the real engine model are simplified according to certain criteria.On the basis of ensuring the dynamic characteristics of the simulation model is similar to that of the real engine,the calculation accuracy and efficiency are improved.(3)Aiming at the complex aerodynamic conditions under typical flight conditions of aviation propellers,the aerodynamic and mass unbalance coupling vibration laws of aviation propellers were studied,and the combination of ANSYS Fluent and ANSYS Transient modules was used to realize the fluidstructure coupling simulation calculation of the propellers.And import the simulation data into Matlab for data post-processing.The laws of aerodynamic unbalance,mass unbalance and aerodynamic and mass unbalance coupling vibration of aviation propellers under different working conditions are revealed,which provides technical support for dynamic balance and automatic balance.(4)In order to complete the research on the aerodynamic and mass unbalance coupling vibration law of aviation propeller,the propeller rotor test bed was built according to the real engine model,and the dynamics test and commissioning of the built test bed were carried out to ensure that the dynamic performance of the test bed was consistent with that of the real engine,and the test verification was carried out according to different working conditions of the simulation calculation.The laws of aerodynamic unbalance,mass unbalance and aerodynamic and mass unbalance coupling vibration of propeller rotor under different working conditions are summarized.
