Research On Business Performance Evaluation Of State-Owned Construction Enterprises Based On Entropy Value Method

In the face of today’s complex external environment,the momentum of China’s economic development is weakening,and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense,especially the construction industry,which is one of the important pillar industries in China,is facing an unprecedented severe test.The construction industry is an important part of the secondary industry,occupying a pivotal position in the national economy and making great contributions to the economic development of China.Facing the unknown future,it is necessary to adjust the management concept and management mode to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,thus prompting the enterprise to advance smoothly under the fierce competition.In order to better promote the development of state-owned construction enterprises,it is necessary to establish a set of perfect,scientific and effective comprehensive business performance assessment system to improve the shortcomings of their business performance,enhance the management level,strengthen the overall value and market competitiveness of enterprises,and realize their sustainable development.First,this paper takes A construction enterprise as the research object,and through the study of the current situation of A construction enterprise’s business performance,18 evaluation indicators are screened from four dimensions: profitability,asset quality,solvency and business growth.By means of questionnaire survey and the "Standard Value of Enterprise Performance Evaluation" promulgated by SASAC as the basis for the screening of business performance indicators,the entropy value method is applied to assign weights to the evaluation indicators selected for business performance,and the construction of the business performance evaluation system of state-owned construction enterprises is completed.Secondly,the standard values of business performance evaluation indexes were determined based on the "Standard Values of Enterprise Performance Evaluation" issued by SASAC as a reference,and the data of the indexes were collected through the financial reports of construction enterprise A,Sina Finance and Guotaian database.The efficacy coefficient method was used to process the data of each business performance index,and the individual index scores and business performance evaluation grades of A construction enterprise in the past four years were obtained.Finally,the business performance of construction enterprise A was analyzed based on the rating results.And the optimization suggestions are given in terms of the business capability of the state-owned construction enterprises,taking into account their own characteristics and business performance evaluation.Meanwhile,this paper tries to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for the business performance of state-owned construction enterprises in China.
