Forest fires seriously endanger forest resources,threaten the safety of people’s lives and property,and damage the natural ecological environment.They are a sudden natural disaster that occurs widely,has strong suddenness,and is difficult to handle and fight in the world today.Forest aviation fire protection is one of the important means to implement fire prevention and suppression,and is currently an advanced and effective measure for fire prevention and suppression in China.Among them,helicopter bucket fire extinguishing,as one of the important methods of aviation fire extinguishing,has been rapidly promoted and applied in China in recent years,playing an increasingly prominent role in major forest fire fighting.Flight safety and fire fighting efficiency are the eternal themes of forest aviation fire fighting.Scientific and efficient scheduling methods and safe and feasible flight path planning are the key to ensuring the efficient implementation of the entire aviation fire fighting operation,directly determining the effectiveness of forest fire fighting operations.Therefore,this paper aims to solve helicopter flight scheduling and path planning problems for helicopter bucket fire fighting,with the goal of ensuring flight safety and maximizing fire fighting and rescue efficiency.The main research contents include:(1)Navigation rescue flight process and key influencing factors for forest firesFirstly,it summarizes the organization and implementation process of the entire fire rescue system and rescue operations after a forest fire,as well as the flight process of implementing helicopter bucket fire fighting.Then,from two dimensions of ensuring flight safety and improving fire fighting efficiency,the operational specifications and requirements for helicopter bucket fire fighting operations are proposed.Finally,according to the characteristics of forest fires in different regions,combined with the performance of fire rescue aircraft,the applicable scenarios for different types of aircraft are defined.(2)Helicopter Rescue Flight Scheduling Model for Forest FireThe optimal scheduling method for helicopter bucket fire extinguishers in the "many to many" mode is studied.According to the law of helicopter bucket fire fighting operations,record each round trip water intake point and ignition point of the helicopter as a scheduling cycle,consider factors such as fire priority and dynamic change of fire situation at each ignition point,and establish a single objective dynamic model for each scheduling cycle with the maximum fire extinguishing efficiency as the goal;Design a genetic algorithm to sequentially solve the optimal scheduling strategy for each round and obtain the optimal scheduling plan for each helicopter;Design a numerical example to analyze and verify the universality and effectiveness of this model and algorithm.(3)Helicopter rescue route planning for forest firesThe three-dimensional trajectory optimization of helicopter bucket fire fighting flight in a real complex terrain environment is studied.According to the helicopter bucket fire extinguishing operating procedures and flight rules,the flight space is transformed into a flying airspace and a non-flying airspace through threat modeling;Using the grid method to model and design the grid size based on the helicopter flight performance,the route planning problem is transformed into an optimization problem of available grid nodes;Design an improved A* algorithm to find the optimal flight path,and complete simulation experiments on MATLAB.
