The key point to achieving Airports' running efficiently is that how to response basic business about the airport operation timely. Aircraft ground service means that a series of ground services such as watering, refueling, cleaning, catering, cargo and so on, which aim to ensuring that aircraft could perform subsequent flight tasks normally. The series of ground services aircraft accepts during its turnaround time are performed by different business departments with non-homogeneous service vehicles. So it is necessary to take service requirements of all business departments into consideration for collaborative scheduling of service vehicles.This paper studies centralized strategy and distributed strategy for solving problem of collaborative scheduling of aircraft ground service vehicles respectively. The specific work is as follows:As for the centralized strategy, taking refueling services and boarding services as an example, collaborative scheduling of fuelling vehicle and ferry vehicle was mainly studied.Then collaborative scheduling model of refueling services and boarding services of the apron flights was built based on time constraint relationship between refueling services and boarding services. The collaborative scheduling model has two objectives. One is minimizing the total number of fuelling vehicle and ferry vehicle the services need. The other is minimizing the total start time of refueling services and boarding services. Then the solution method for the model based on Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm was given. Experimental results based on actual operation data of Beijing Capital International Airport show that the proposed model could solve the collaborative scheduling problem of fuelling vehicle and ferry vehicle well.As for the distributed strategy, Simple Temporal Network was used to describe aircraft ground service problem firstly. The consistency and solving method of Simple Temporal Network was analyzed. Then the temporal decoupling method was used to decouple the STN which has been built. Thus, the schedule of scheduling tasks for each service was obtained and each business department which is responsible for aircraft ground service could dispatchvehicles individually. Lastly, taking refueling services as an example, the scheduling model of fuelling vehicle was built. The optimization objective is minimizing the total start time of refueling services and boarding services. Experiment was conducted based on actual fight operation data of Beijing Capital International Airport and Lingo was used to solve the model.By this, collaborative scheduling of aircraft ground service vehicles was achieved.
