| Manufacturing industry is the foundation of the national economic development and one of the pillar industries.After continuous upgrading and technological innovation,manufacturing industry in China has formed a complete system,which has accumulated a lot of practical experience and summed up a lot of theoretical knowledge.In the whole manufacturing industry,the status of mechanical processing industry is very important,by providing a variety of mechanical processing products to ensure the development of various industries.In recent years,due to the Sino-US trade friction,the global economic downturn and the worldwide attention of the COVID-19 epidemic,the processing industry has suffered unprecedented impact,the overall trend of decline,which means that the production and operation of micro,medium and small enterprises in the industry are facing great challenges.In the product cost structure of enterprises,the procurement cost of main and auxiliary materials occupies the highest proportion.How to improve procurement performance and reduce procurement cost has become an important factor affecting enterprise operation.This paper takes Eastech Precision Technology Company as a case study,through literature research,questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative analysis and other methods to conduct an in-depth study of the company’s procurement performance.The main research contents are as follows: With Eastech precision technology of purchasing management of the actual situation of using the balanced scorecard and key performance indicators(KPI)method,respectively,to determine the performance evaluation of primary and secondary indicators,on this basis to build procurement of Eastech precision technology company performance evaluation system,and uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight of evaluation indexes at all levels in the system.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to systematically evaluate the procurement performance of Eastech Precision Technology.The final results are as follows: the overall score of procurement performance evaluation of Eastech Precision Technology Company is 80.08,among which the performance evaluation scores of four first-level indicators are: 88.03 for financial contribution,66.36 for internal customers,83.39 for procurement process and 80.82 for learning and growth;Finally,based on the advanced experience of benchmarking enterprises in the industry,the procurement performance improvement strategy of Eastech Precision Technology Company is formulated from four dimensions: financial contribution,internal customers,procurement process,learning and growth. |
