The brake disc plays a vital role in the process of car driving.The quality of the brake disc will not only seriously affect the service life of the brake disc and the braking performance in the process of car driving,but also have an impact on the ride comfort.The balance precision of the brake disc is one of the important indicators to judge its quality.At present,the detection and correction of automotive brake disc and other disc workpiece unbalance work is mainly completed by balancing machine.Due to the increasing requirement of balance accuracy,researchers pay more attention to the improvement of unbalance detection accuracy,and pay less attention to the precision of weight removal correction and correction error analysis,which have the same impact on the balance accuracy.Aiming at this problem,the main research content of this paper is proposed.First of all,the principle of balance correction,the common correction methods,the causes of common recirculation error and the calculation of error amount are summarized and elaborated.According to the process requirements of automobile brake disc unbalance correction,combined with the design requirements of balancing machine equipment,the modular design of the auto brake disc balancing machine to remove the weight correction station,through Solid Works three-dimensional modeling software to correct the key structure of the station was modeled.By using ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis platform,the modal and static analysis of the servo feed system of the milling cutter workbench and other key structures of the calibration station were carried out to verify the strength and reliability requirements of the structures.Then,in order to ensure the feed accuracy of the cutter,the mathematical model of the servo feed system is established.In the MATLAB environment,the control process of the servo motor is simulated by PID controller,and the proportional,integral and differential parameters of the PID controller are optimized by genetic algorithm,and the control effect is further optimized.Finally,the random forest regression model is used to predict the error of the balancing machine in the correction process,and further improve the precision of the balancing machine.In order to ensure the reliability and robustness of the model,before the training and testing of the model,the training data were preprocessed,and finally established an efficient and accurate prediction model,can effectively predict the balance machine in the correction process of the processing error.In this paper,the automobile brake disc in the unbalance correction process may produce processing errors combined with the balance machine equipment design criteria,respectively from the balance machine calibration station structure design,servo feed system feed accuracy and correction error prediction of many aspects were studied,the research results can provide help for the automotive brake disc balancing machine calibration station design,At the same time can also provide reference for the subsequent design of similar type rotor balancing machine.
