Controlling the processing quality of parts is an important guarantee to improve product quality,performance and reliability.Based on the analysis results of related research literature at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the topic of "Research on Error Traceability Method Based on Virtual Manufacturing Principle".The research work is carried out on turning objects.Firstly,the machining error model of the whole process system is established,and the virtual workpiece is generated by simulation with the help of MATLAB software.The error model can reflect the error effect of each unit of the process system to the virtual workpiece.Next,based on the analysis of the effect of each error source and the coupling effect of the error source,the mapping relationship between the error source of the process system and the processing error is obtained.Then,according to the mapping relationship between error sources and processing errors,an error traceability method is proposed,and error traceability software is compiled to establish a digital error traceability system.Finally,according to the results of error traceability,the object of error adjustment is further determined,the law of action of relevant error sources is analyzed,and the error adjustment software for machine tool related error is compiled.The main contents of this paper is as follows:Firstly,based on the theory of multi-body system and the principle of homogeneous coordinate transformation,a comprehensive error model of process system is established.Based on the analysis of error sources,the analysis of workpiece's stress and deformation and the analysis of fixture's stress and deformation prove that the error model can analyze the component's deformation error.Then,the geometric model with wear error of the tool is analyzed,and a complete machining error model is established.Finally,the virtual workpiece is simulated by using the error model and the software of matlab.The error sources of the process system can be reflected on the surface of the virtual workpiece,and the correctness of the model is verified.Secondly,an error evaluation method for virtual workpiece is established,which can measure and evaluate the machining error of virtual workpiece.Then,from the point of view of the coupling of unidirectional error sources and multiple error sources,the effect of process system error sources on processing error is analyzed,and the error sources affecting each processing error item are obtained.Finally,the mapping relationship between process system error source and processing error is obtained and saved as the basis of error tracing.Thirdly,an error Traceability Method Based on the mapping relationship between error source and processing error is proposed.Through forward prediction,the error characteristics of workpiece processing error are consistent with those of traceability basis,which verifies the correctness of the traceability method.Finally,error traceability software is programmed through the MATLAB GUI module.The software can trace the error source combination corresponding to the possible process system according to the measured processing error characteristics,thus establishing a set of digital error traceability method.Fourthly,Based on the results of traceability,a pertinent error adjustment method is proposed.Firstly,on the basis of the results of error traceability,a method for further determining the object of error adjustment is proposed.Then,the error action law of the determined error source object is carried out,and the adjustment direction and amount of each error adjustment object are finally determined.Finally,based on the MATLAB GUI module,the error adjustment software is compiled,and the structure and module functions of the software are described.
