| Flood is always the biggest threat to the Yellow River basin.As an important province of the Yellow River,Henan is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River and has been deeply affected by floods.For further ascension in henan province along the yellow area of flood disaster and risk management ability,to the coast of the Yellow River in henan section of 21 regions as evaluation unit,on the basis of the VSD framework from exposure to selection,sensitivity and adaptability of three dimension 16 evaluation index,and use objective combination method to determine index weight,social vulnerability model by building a flooding,Comprehensively calculate the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of exposure,sensitivity,adaptability and social vulnerability of each evaluation unit from 2011 to 2020.On this basis,the influencing factors of flood social vulnerability in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin were quantitatively analyzed by using the barrier degree model,the brittleness types of each evaluation unit were divided according to the barrier degree,and the main barriers to reducing flood social vulnerability were identified.The main results are as follows:(1)Temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of flood social vulnerability in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin.From the perspective of time change,from 2011 to2020,the flood sensitivity of the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin decreased continuously,the exposure increased slightly,and the adaptability increased significantly.The overall social vulnerability showed a significant downward trend,and the overall social vulnerability level changed from “high” to “medium-low”.Regional differences in vulnerability gradually narrowed from large gap with high social vulnerability to small gap with low social vulnerability.In terms of spatial distribution,the Henan section of the Yellow River basin presents a spatial distribution pattern of “high in the lower reaches,low in the middle and upper reaches”,“low in the south bank,high in the north bank”.(2)Classification of social vulnerability to flood in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin.Based on the impairment index characteristics of exposure,sensitivity and adaptability,To henan section of coastal regions embrittlement classification type high exposure degree of embrittlement(E),high sensitivity embrittlement type(S),and low ability to adapt to brittle type(R),high exposure to high sensitivity embrittlement(ES),high exposure-low adaptability embrittlement(ER),high sensitivity,low ability to adapt to brittle type six types(SR).(3)Influencing factors of flood social vulnerability in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin.According to the obstacle degree model,the main obstacle factors hindering the reduction of flood social vulnerability are quantitatively analyzed.Through the analysis of the obstacle degree score of each indicator and the frequency of occurrence,it is found that:Exposure index(population density,economic density,fixed asset investment),sensitivity index(proportion of output value of primary industry,proportion of employees in primary industry,sown area of crops),adaptability index(health and technical personnel)are the main factors that hinder the reduction of social vulnerability to floods in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin.(4)Strategies for flood control and disaster reduction in Henan section of the Yellow River Basin.Firstly,according to the impact of different areas on social vulnerability to floods in three aspects of flood exposure,sensitivity and adaptability,specific flood control and disaster reduction avoidance strategies for different brittleness risk areas along the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin were proposed.Secondly,based on the whole,the overall flood control and disaster reduction strategy for Henan section of the Yellow River Basin is put forward.(5)Based on the above results,it is found that the areas with high social vulnerability to flood are mainly caused by low flood adaptation ability,high flood sensitivity and insufficient investment in disaster prevention and mitigation. |
