Railway truck maintenance in our country mainly follow the planned prevention repair mode,with the progress of technology,management concept,our country railway truck has completed six repair system reform,the recent truck repair system reform is in2020,extended 60,1070 t general truck inspection cycle,the calculation in the repair system reform,in the truck during the remaining life,can save comprehensive maintenance cost more than 160 one hundred million yuan,and increased nearly 1400 cars,authors efficiency significantly.On the other hand,the maintenance cycle of railway trucks is extended,and the wear of parts during the service is intensified.The reliability of railway trucks,especially the horizontal s Tableility,has a downward trend,and improper handling will increase the probability of truck derailment.This paper takes the lateral sTableility of railway trucks as the research object,and deeply analyzes the supporting role of TPDS lateral s Tableility monitoring function on the reform of truck repair system.Firstly,the integration of TPDS lateral sTableility monitoring and PHM technology based on ground wheel-rail force monitoring is discussed.PHM technology based on on-board sensors is an important means to repair transport tools according to the situation.Because railway trucks have no on-board power supply,PHM technology is rarely applied.This paper first presents the PHM model of TPDS fused with PHM technology,And analyzed and verify the application of the model,Through the comparison of the lateral sTableility alarm trend before and after the repair and system reform,The paper systematically analyzes the influence of the general improvement of railway truck speed and the extension of repair system on the lateral sTableility of freight car,It expounds the supporting function of lateral s Tableility PHM model for railway truck repair system;Secondly,through the simulation analysis of the derailment coefficient,wheel weight reduction rate and wheel axle transverse force dynamics of P65 shed car in the straight line,The same round of wheel diameter difference is one of the key indicators affecting the lateral sTableility of trucks;Finally,HMIS data mining of Guangzhou North Vehicle Depot from 2021-2023,The necessity of the PHM model optimization of the existing TPDS lateral sTableility,The optimization scheme of the lateral sTableility model of TPDS trucks,It also discusses the economy of truck maintenance.
