With the continuous maturity of distributed power generation technology,the continuous decrease of new energy generation cost and the rapid development of energy storage devices,distributed power generation technology will have a broad application prospect.Therefore,in this paper,the economic benefits of distributed power supply will be more obvious based on Improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)for AC-DC Hybrid Microgrid(AC-DC HM).AC-DC HM power optimization and scheduling based on the Improved particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the advantages of IPSO over the traditional particle swarm algorithm are demonstrated by using case studies.Firstly,an AC-DC HM model including wind power,photovoltaic power,micro gas turbine,fuel cell and energy storage device is constructed,and the principles of each model are explained.At the same time,the mathematical models of each distributed power source are established and the output power is derived respectively,taking into account the actual situation.Secondly,the microgrid dispatching model considering environmental and economic factors is introduced,and the measurement methods of economic cost of microgrid operation and environmental cost are given,and the dispatching model of microgrid cloud top is also given.For the states of microgrid operation,the optimal dispatching strategies in islanding mode and grid-connected mode of microgrid are analyzed respectively,and the optimal dispatching operation strategies in islanding mode and grid-connected mode of AC-DC HM are established based on the traditional linear programming analysis method.In addition,for the shortcomings of the classical particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm such as poor convergence and slow computation speed,this paper proposes IPSO based on PSO,using the adaptive change of inertia weights and also using chaos initialization and group polar negative gradient direction optimization to solve the problem of poor convergence of PSO,and through simulation comparison.It is proved that the particle swarm algorithm proposed in this paper has the advantages of fast computation speed,high solution accuracy and good convergence compared with PSO,and the solution method of AC-DC HM scheduling model based on IPSO is also established.Finally,based on the IPSO proposed in this paper,the optimal scheduling of distributed power supply in microgrid is simulated and analyzed in islanding mode and grid-connected mode,and it is concluded that the IPSO proposed in this paper has better economic benefits than traditional linear programming algorithm and classical particle swarm algorithm in the application of optimal scheduling of hybrid microgrid power supply.
