Grid optimization scheduling is one of the important branch of electric economic dispatch,is under the premise of normal operation of security system,through the optimization of active power and reactive power scheduling to meet the demand of system randomness and volatility load,so as to realize the economic,safe operation,the optimal security system operating cost at the same time to ensure that the power grid is safe and reliable.Therefore,the optimal dispatching of the power grid is of great significance.Based on the niche mechanism of external archives technology,the inertia weight coefficient and learning factor dynamic improvement,and introduce small probability random mutation processing the optimal solution,multi-objective optimization using improved PSO,comprehensively considering the economy and security,realize the electric power active and reactive joint optimization scheduling,verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm with the standard IEEE30 node and IEEE33 node system.The main tasks completed are:(1)The active control of distributed power supply and the characteristics of active power current and reactive voltage of the distribution network are studied,and the influence mechanism of the power system is analyzed and modeling,and the method to improve the consumption ratio of distributed power supply is studied.(2)Considering the standard PSO solution single target optimization problem easily into local optimal,calculation speed is slow,cannot fully consider the optimization effect of energy storage and photovoltaic,this paper introduces the niche mechanism based on external archives technology and using dynamic inertia weight and small probability variation to handle the optimal solution,the transformer joint position and reactive power compensation device these discrete variables into continuous transformation of integer variables after iteration,using improved PSO for active and reactive power joint optimization.(3)The multi-objective active power coordination and optimization scheduling model with the minimum active total network loss of the system,the minimum node voltage offset and the minimum generator reactive power limit is proposed.The model introduces the penalty coefficient to consider the voltage and other safety indicators,and takes into account the economic and safety indexes of the power grid after optimization.(4)In order to verify the advanced nature of the model and algorithm in this paper,this paper uses standard PSO and improved PSO respectively,to verify and compare the optimization effect under different examples.In summary,this paper proposed improved PSO comprehensive considering the reliability and economic index of the system,effectively improved the search ability of the global optimal solution and local optimal solution and maintain the diversity of the population,and the calculation speed is fast,and fully consider the energy storage and photovoltaic optimization of the system,realize the joint optimization of power grid scheduling,effectively improve the stability and security of the system operation. |
