| The construction industry occupies an important position in China’s economic development.With the rapid development of the construction industry,a large number of construction quality problems have emerged,posing a great threat to the vital interests of the general public and making the quality management of construction a great challenge.In recent years,the digital twin has been of great value in manufacturing and other quality control fields.Many experts and scholars have proposed to carry out theoretical research and application practice on the digital twin in the field of engineering construction to promote the informatization and collaborative development of the construction industry,in order to solve problems such as information silos and provide new technologies and new ideas for on-site management of engineering projects.The introduction of digital twin into construction quality control,the exploration of more digital and collaborative construction quality control methods and the construction of a more efficient and scientific construction quality control mode can provide reference for the application and research of digital twin technology in engineering projects.This thesis proposes a construction quality control model and a detailed application process based on the digital twin,based on a comprehensive consideration of construction quality factors and the classical construction quality control theory and digital twin theory,and applies the research results to actual cases in engineering projects to verify the feasibility and validity of the research.The specific research process is as follows: firstly,reading and summarising the theories related to construction quality control and digital twin in domestic and international literature,discovering the current status and research deficiencies of construction quality control and digital twin application,and finding the entry point of the thesis;secondly,based on the rooted theory research method,layers of model,man,machine,material,and digital twin are summarised and refined,Secondly,based on the theoretical research method,the seven influencing factors of Model,Man,Machine,Material,Method,Management and Environment were summarised and refined,and the "6M1E" system of influencing factors for construction quality was constructed for the digital twin,and the quality control points of each influencing factor were clarified.The model includes physical construction entities,virtual construction models,quality twin data centre,construction quality control service platform and inter-system connections,and proposes a detailed application process for construction quality control based on digital twin in three stages: before,during and after.Finally,the research results were applied to actual engineering projects,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the research results were tested through their application process.The study on the application of digital twin in construction quality control of engineering projects can not only enrich the theoretical research on construction quality control of engineering projects to a certain extent,provide some reference for enterprises to apply digital twin technology in construction quality control,but also realize digital and intelligent construction quality control,fundamentally change the construction quality control from "passive aftercare" to "active process control",reduce waste of resources and realize collaborative construction quality control,which has good theoretical and practical significance. |
