With the introduction of the "Made in China 2025" strategy and the promotion of the concept of "Industry 4.0",the new generation of information technology is gradually integrating with the industry and developing synergistically.Information technologies such as the Internet,big data,and cloud computing are being more and more practically applied,and the relationship between manufacturing and information technology is becoming closer.In this context,digital twins came into being.In this paper,the marine diesel engine piston is selected as the research object.Aiming at the hysteresis problem of the current processing quality control of the piston,a DT-based control method for the quality control of the marine diesel engine piston is proposed.Firstly,the influencing factors of the machining quality of marine diesel engine piston are analyzed,and the detection method of piston machining quality data is determined.Then the real-time detection data(RDD)acquisition and management method of piston machining process is proposed.Finally,the quality comparison based on twin data is proposed.The algorithm realizes the real-time prediction of the processing quality of the marine diesel engine piston,and meets the requirements of processing quality control.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Analysis of the processing technology of marine diesel engine piston.Study on the key quality characteristics of piston skirt.Determine the influencing factors of the machining quality of piston skirt are determined.And propose a detection method of the influence factors of piston skirt processing quality.(2)Study on the acquisition and management methods of the marine diesel engine piston process data,create an RDD acquisition framework,realize the RDD acquisition and management of the piston machining process,and combine the piston process design data to form digital twin data.(3)Research on the prediction and control method of marine diesel engine piston machining quality,construct the mapping relationship between piston RDD and machining quality characteristics,and use the quality comparison algorithm based on twin data to realize the real-time prediction of piston machining quality and control the machining quality based on the prediction results.(4)Create a DT-based marine diesel engine piston quality control framework,develop a piston machining quality prediction system,and control the piston machining quality.Based on the above research,use Visual Studio2012 as the development platform to develop the marine diesel engine piston machining quality prediction system.The prediction result is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
