Study On The Design And Reconstruction Of Abandoned Railway Landscape From The Perspective Of Urban Renewal

In the process of continuous urban expansion,a large number of urban railways have been abandoned and idle,and the railways originally located outside the suburbs have been incorporated into the urban area.These abandoned railways are gradually located in key areas in the city.A large number of abandoned railways need to be renewed,and some of the ways of renewal are direct demolition,which has caused damage to railways to a certain extent.Based on the current situation,how to reasonably protect and reuse abandoned railways from the perspective of urban renewal has become an inevitable and important issue in the process of urban development.On this basis,how to reshape the overall urban landscape,enhance the quality of living,and improve the ecological environment has become an inevitable challenge for people.From the perspective of urban renewal,this study studies the landscape design reconstruction of abandoned railway.By combining the concept of urban renewal with the policies related to abandoned railway of industrial heritage and the people’s growing need for a better life,the background,purpose and significance of the research are firstly expounded,the relevant literature at home and abroad is sorted out and summarized,and the relevant content is sorted out and analyzed by literature research and field research.This paper investigates and analyzes the geographical factors,cultural elements,historical relics,ecological environment and other aspects of the abandoned railway section in Shangrao urban area,summarizes the urban renewal methods and the design methods of the abandoned railway renewal,and defines the significance and possibility of the abandoned railway landscape reconstruction from the perspective of urban renewal.Secondly,the principles and strategies for the reconstruction of abandoned railway landscape design from the perspective of urban renewal are clarified.Based on the understanding of the attitudes and appeals of local governments and residents towards urban renewal and abandoned railway,corresponding design strategies are proposed for the historical culture,transportation,public space and economy of the design site.Fully mobilize the vitality of the railway line,connect multiple built-up areas along the line and areas to be built and developed,and enhance the cultural value,economic vitality,ecological quality and artistic value of the surrounding plots.Finally,taking the old Zhejiang-Jiangxi Railway route of Shangrao as the research object,based on the history,culture and urban development of Shangrao,this paper reconstructs the landscape design of the site,and uses corresponding design strategies to verify the feasibility of reconstructing the abandoned railway landscape design from the perspective of urban renewal,providing certain ideas for the protection and reuse of the abandoned railway in the process of urban renewal of Shangrao.
