Research On The Financial Performance Effect Of Weichai Power’s Digital Transformation

With the emergence of the new generation of digital information technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,Internet of Things and cloud computing,more and more enterprises have begun to carry out digital transformation.Pure theoretical research mainly focused on the interpretation of policy documents,with limited contribution to the concrete implementation of theory.Empirical study on relatively strong theory significance,but the practical significance is relatively weak.Based on this,this paper studies the financial performance effect of Weichai Power’s digital transformation through the form of case study.Firstly,this paper analyzes,sorts out and summarizes the relevant theories and literatures about digital transformation at home and abroad,and determines the research direction of this paper.Secondly,through the study of the process and current situation of Weichai Power’s digital transformation,the t test is used to clarify the effect of Weichai Power’s digital transformation on the financial performance of the enterprise.It is concluded that the operation ability of Weichai Power has been significantly improved after the digital transformation,but the profitability and growth ability are unstable.Finally,through the analysis of the above results,we find out the problems existing in Wei-chai Power’s digital transformation,and get the following enlightenment:(1)actively respond to the tide and promote the transformation process;(2)clear transition purpose,to ensure its own interests;(3)Don’t rush,and constantly adjusting and optimizing;(4)Strengthen cost control to achieve cost reduction and efficiency;(5)establish financial guarantee based on strategic needs.The research conclusion of this article will further enrich and expand the influence factors of the enterprise’s financial performance research,provide theoretical guidance for enterprise digital transformation,rich theoretical knowledge of digital;It is of great practical significance for manufacturing enterprises to realize long-term development through digital transformation,grasp the opportunities of rapid development,and further promote the rapid development of manufacturing enterprises in the era of digital economy.
