| With the rapid development of electrified railway construction in China,the reliability of traction power supply system is required to be higher and higher.Overhead Contact System(OCS)is one of the important components of electrified railway,and its running status is directly related to the safety of train operation and the quality of passenger service.In order to keep the OCS equipment in good running condition,avoid the over-maintenance period of OCS equipment,reduce the probability of equipment failure,improve the service life of OCS equipment and reduce the maintenance cost of equipment,it is particularly necessary to scientifically and reasonably compile the maintenance of OCS equipment.This paper introduces the management and compiling process of OCS equipment maintenance plan,as well as the new exploration of OCS equipment maintenance brought by the reform of power supply system repair schedule,the application of advanced OCS tooling and the promotion of detection and monitoring means.According to the characteristics of the equipment,the OCS equipment is divided into two categories: "point equipment" and "line equipment".Taking the new maintenance mode brought by the reform of the repair system of power supply system as the breakthrough point,according to the provisions of the maintenance rules on the implementation cycle,the flexible maintenance cycle is set.By analyzing the operation and maintenance of OCS equipment,preventive maintenance cycle and daily maintenance work arrangement after the reform of repair schedule system,combining with the actual survey data,the elements and related constraints of annual maintenance plan preparation,considering the equipment maintenance cost and skylight occupation cost,and aiming at minimizing the cost,a preventive maintenance plan model of OCS based on elastic cycle is established.Taking the data of general speed line equipment in Changsha Power Supply Section of China Railway Guangzhou Group Com.Ltd as an example,the maintenance plan with the goal of minimizing maintenance cost is obtained by using heuristic algorithm,and it is demonstrated that the annual maintenance plan compiled by this model has a guiding role in equipment maintenance after the reform of maintenance system.There are 22 figures,18 tables and 37 references. |
