| Railway is an important infrastructure in China.Railway measurement is based on the premise of ensuring the accuracy and unity of the measurement value of measuring instruments, aiming at serving the transportation production and providing technical support and guarantee for transportation safety and production. In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway, the complexity of railway measurement and control requirements of the process have also increased.Traditional management method of the railway measurement in the past has strict requirements on the labor intensity and professional quality of the measurement personnel, and the work efficiency is very low, which is incompatible with the development of the railway today. It is increasingly necessary to implement the information management of all elements of measurement and establish a scientific and efficient management information system of railway measurement. Therefore, studying and developing a management information system of railway measurement applicable to the common use of CHINA RAILWAY,various railway corpoeations,as well as stations and depots, has important practical significance for fully improving the measurement management level, the management efficiency of the measurement work, and playing the role of basic metrology support. This paper proposes a concrete plan of the management information system of the railway measurement to improve and perfect the existing system function from the perspective of CHINA RAILWAY measurement management system. The research background is the actual demand and the development requirements of the CHINA RAILWAY,various railway corpoeations and stations and depots for the railway measurement management. It’s purpose is to solve various problems and weak links in the application and management of current information system.Studying an information system covering the whole railway measurement technology, management and service system,as well as an intelligent measurement platform of data collection, storage, management and application. The main research work of this paper includes the following four points:(1)Demand analysis: Starting from the railway transportation demand and production reality, the demand analysis of the railway measurement management information system is carried out.Based on the actual application demand, the key technologies that will be involved in the subsequent system development are introduced. The responsibilities and requirements of measurement administrations and business departments at all levels are clarified, user roles are analyzed, and system roles and corresponding permissions are divided.(2)Project design: The overall architecture, technical architecture and functional structure of the railway measurement management information system are designed according to the requirements of the railway measurement management system. The system’s seven main functional modules include: measuring instrument management module, measuring standard management module, measurement personnel management module, quantity transmission module, data analysis and application module, measurement documents management module and system maintenance module, covering all aspects of railway measurement management. This paper analyzes the functional content of each module in detail, and designs corresponding flow charts for the main functional modules.(3)Feasibility demonstration: The feasibility of the design is analyzed from four aspects of hardware, software, operability and economy. It is concluded that the system is feasible in the above four aspects. The railway measurement management information system designed and studied in this paper can standardize the measurement management work of each unit, improve the quality of measurement work, the efficiency and level of measurement management,as well as promote the operation of the railway measurement management system, therefore provide references for the further development of the railway measurement management information network platform. This thesis has 43 pictures,7 tables and 50 references. |
