People’s need for driver training has increased in recent years,allowing for the rapid growth of the driver training industry.However,the development of driving schools in the process of internal management level is not high drawbacks,hindering the growth of high-quality driving schools.To break through the development,driving schools require a set of scientific and effective performance assessment programs to create the foundation of scientific management within the organization.The coaches of Gansu Bayun Driving School serve as the research subject in this paper.To begin,the current situation of performance appraisal of driving school instructors is analyzed and understood using questionnaire surveys,interview surveys,and other research methods,and many problems in the current performance appraisal program of instructors and the reasons for the problems are discovered.Second,an effective performance appraisal improvement plan for teachers is presented by combining domestic and international performance appraisal research theories and specific practice outcomes,as well as drawing on performance appraisal methods such as key performance indicators and hierarchy analysis.Finally,this article elaborates on the performance appraisal improvement program’s execution and guarantee measures.The painful problem of the existing non-standardized performance appraisal of coaches in the driving school is solved through the study of the performance appraisal program for the coaches of Gansu Bayun Driving School,which is conducive to the smooth realization of the driving school’s performance goals.At the same time,it gives some reference and meaningful reference for various sorts of organizations’ performance appraisal management. |
