| Under the background of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the reform of mixed ownership has been established as an important form of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises in China.With the deepening of the reform process,we can see that the mixed ownership reform has played an important role in improving the operation efficiency of state-owned enterprises,enhancing the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises and optimizing the allocation of state-owned resources.Therefore,by studying the typical cases of mixed ownership reform and analyzing its various effects on enterprises in terms of governance structure and enterprise performance,it is conducive to better summarize the experience of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,provide some enlightenment to enterprises implementing mixed ownership reform and enterprises considering mixed ownership reform,and contribute to the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.Zoomlion has completed the mixed ownership reform for ten years.While deeply promoting intelligent manufacturing and continuously strengthening product technology innovation,Zoomlion has further strengthened the advantages of hoisting machinery.The impact of the mixed ownership reform is enough to be reflected in the operation of the enterprise.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance,analyzes the relevant theories,and lays a good foundation for the follow-up research;Next,it studies and analyzes the specific contents of the mixed ownership reform of the case company,including listing,introducing strategic investors,introducing management shareholding and introducing international capital;Then it studies and analyzes the changes of corporate governance in the process of mixed ownership reform of case enterprises;In order to straighten out the impact of mixed ownership reform on Zoomlion’s financial performance,this paper analyzes the specific impact of mixed ownership reform on various financial indicators from the perspectives of enterprise profitability,solvency,operation ability and development ability,and then establishes a comprehensive evaluation system of enterprise financial performance with the help of D-S evidence reasoning method,Scoring the financial performance of Zoomlion’s mixed ownership reform;Finally,this paper summarizes the experience and effect of Zoomlion holding company in the transformation of mixed ownership,and hopes to put forward some constructive suggestions for the transformation of mixed ownership in China in the future. |
