| In recent years,as a result of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the sluggishness of the real estate market,the central government has aimed to actively promote the development of municipal engineering infrastructure projects in order to boost the domestic economic cycle.state-owned construction enterprises have actively expanded their presence in the field of municipal project delivery to meet development needs.These enterprises continuously pursue project scale expansion and rapid growth in project numbers by promoting fast project development through quick capital turnover and industrialized management models.However,they often overlook the significant risks involved.Engineering construction projects involve many stakeholders,long implementation cycles,unknown factors,and high upfront costs.Especially during the construction phase,risk factors emerge constantly and intertwine with each other,affecting the entire project’s progress.If relevant risk factors are not predicted in advance and proactive measures are not taken to address them,these potential risks may bring negative consequences to a project such as substandard quality,frequent safety accidents,delayed construction schedules or financial losses that could ultimately lead to a failed project.This thesis selects the LN Business Park Green Corridor Construction Project(hereinafter referred to as "LN Project")located in Suining Economic Development Zone as the research object.This project is the first EPC municipal greening project of S Company under the State-owned Construction Group.According to the actual situation of the LN project,this thesis focuses on the research and analysis of the project risk management in the construction stage,and summarizes six major risks,including natural and social risks,management risks,organization and human resources risks,economic risks,technical risks and legal risks.According to the basic research technology path of project risk management,comprehensively use AHP,Delphi method,literature review method,special meeting method,questionnaire survey method,etc.to plan,identify and evaluate the project risk,Response and monitoring,put forward some practical solutions and measures,and finally analyze the full text,organize and look forward.This thesis hopes to improve the risk management awareness and risk management ability of project managers through the systematic research on risk management of LN project construction stage,and optimize risk response measures and risk management strategies.In addition,we hope to gain relevant risk management experience through the construction of the first municipal greening project,further improve the enterprise risk management system and mechanism,and provide practical help for similar projects in the future.At the same time,we hope to improve the scale of large-scale project risk management application to help construction companies develop healthily and sustainably. |
