With the development of modern bridge technology,CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics)have been widely used in the field of bridge reinforcement due to their superior properties.Compared with ordinary reinforcement materials,CFRP plates have the advantages of high tensile strength,corrosion resistance,and low density,but also have the disadvantage of low shear strength.The low shear strength of CFRP plates results in difficulty in utilizing the tensile strength of the material during bridge reinforcement.Currently,there are various types of CFRP plate anchors both domestically and abroad,each with its own advantages and disadvantages.Most anchors are prone to slipping or splitting during use,and anchor with bolts are difficult to control the preload force,resulting in low anchoring efficiency for CFRP plate anchors.The paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation project and carries out a series of relevant work to address the problems of slipping and splitting of traditional CFRP plate anchors,as well as difficulty in controlling bolt preload force.The main content of the study is as follows:(1)Based on the current situation of CFRP material research at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the development research on CFRP plate anchors at this stage.Focusing on the stress mechanism of flat plate anchors and waveform tooth anchors,establishing a stress analysis system for hyperboloid CFRP plate anchors based on the stress mechanism of traditional anchors,and proposing the design concept of dualcurved CFRP plate anchors.(2)Using finite element software to establish a solid model of dual-curved CFRP plate anchors,conducting numerical simulations based on the control variable method for 26 different parameters of five groups of structural dimensions of the dual-curved CFRP plate anchors,including the outer plate thickness,inner plate thickness,outer plate extrusion displacement,anchor plate width,and bolt preload force,and selecting the optimal parameters.(3)Based on the optimal anchor structure analyzed in the finite element method,9 static tensile tests were conducted.The test results show that the maximum tensile force carried by the hyperboloid CFRP plate anchors is 499.96 k N,and the anchoring efficiency can reach 104.16%,verifying the practical effect and reliability of the anchors.(4)The finite element analysis results and test results of the dual-curved CFRP plate anchors were compared,and the two analysis results were basically consistent,ensuring the reliability of the design process.The dual-curved CFRP plate anchors were also compared with the internal curved surface anchors,and the dual-curved CFRP plate anchors improved the shortcomings of the internal curved surface anchors,effectively improving the anchoring efficiency and utilization rate of CFRP materials.
