| With the continuous progress of society and the improvement of economic level,people ’s requirements for buildings have changed from emphasizing the safety of human life after the earthquake to ensuring the safety of human life and ensuring the normal use of buildings.In view of the provisions of the " Regulations of Administration of Seismic Management of Construction Projects "(hereinafter referred to as " Regulations "),it is better to ensure the normal use function of new schools,kindergartens,hospitals and other buildings under design basis earthquakes.In this paper,the design and research of the normal use of the frame structure of the medical clinic building in the 8 degree region under design basis earthquake is carried out.It is found that the traditional seismic scheme can not meet the requirements,and the technology of isolation and shock absorption should be further adopted.In this paper,based on the relevant requirements for normal use under design basis earthquakes in the " Guideline for seismic technology to maintain normal use of buildings in earthquakes "(hereinafter referred to as " Guidelines "),the isolation and various damping schemes are considered for the structure,and the seismic performance of the structure under different schemes under design basis earthquakes is explored.The applicability of different schemes is compared,and relevant design suggestions are given to provide reference for the normal use design of medical buildings under design basis earthquakes.The main research work and conclusions are as follows :(1)According to the structure of traditional seismic design,its performance does not meet the relevant provisions of the ’ Guidelines ’ for the normal use requirements under design basis earthquakes;after the design is strengthened,the inter-story displacement angle basically meets the requirements of the ’ Guidelines ’,but the floor acceleration becomes more unfavorable and still cannot meet the relevant requirements,and its feasibility and economy are low.(2)After the isolation scheme is adopted for the structure,the seismic action is greatly reduced,and the inter-story displacement angle and floor acceleration meet the requirements of normal use under design basis earthquake and the relevant provisions of maximum considered earthquake in the ’ Guidelines ’.The seismic performance of the isolation scheme can meet the relevant requirements in the ’ Guidelines ’.(3)After adopting a variety of damping schemes for the structure,including single arrangement VFD,single arrangement BRB,mixed arrangement on the same story,and layered mixed arrangement.Comparing the analysis results between different damping schemes,from the damping effect of floor acceleration,the effect of viscous damper is better than that of buckling-restrained brace,but from the damping effect of inter-story displacement angle,the effect of mixed arrangement is better.On the whole,the hybrid damping arrangement can achieve good results for the inter-story displacement angle and the floor acceleration at the same time,and the recommended design is preferred.Based on the rationality of the acceleration index limit and the technical and economic feasibility,the corresponding acceleration limit of the ’ Guidelines ’ is given. |
