As an important public transportation mode in the city, urban rail transit is of great significance to the development of the city and the daily travel of residents. As a key node in the system, the design of functional characteristics and the optimization of coupling relationship of rail transit stations are very important to improve the operation efficiency, service quality and user satisfaction of urban rail transit. With the continuous advancement of urbanization and the continuous development of rail transit technology, the research on the multiple characteristics and functional coupling of rail transit stations has attracted more and more attention. However, there are many problems in reality that need to be solved by relevant departments. For example, the land around the site is not coordinated with the functional development of rail transit, resulting in a decline in the operational efficiency and service quality of the site;there are also some stations that are not well connected with other modes of transportation, which affects travel efficiency;or the site size does not match the passenger demand, resulting in congestion and security risks. Therefore, the research on the functional coupling of urban rail transit stations based on multiple characteristics aims to analyze the correlation between the functional characteristics of urban rail transit stations and construct a functional coupling model to improve the operational efficiency, service quality and user satisfaction of urban rail transit stations. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, the multiple characteristics of the rail station are analyzed. The multiple characteristics of the rail station mainly cover land use, traffic, scale and passenger flow characteristics. The analysis of land use characteristics can reveal the urban function, land use structure and development trend of the site area. The analysis of traffic characteristics can reveal the road network, public transportation and traffic conditions in the area where the site is located. The analysis of scale characteristics can reveal the number of platforms, station area, transfer channels, facilities and equipment of the station. The analysis of passenger flow characteristics can reveal the information of passenger flow, passenger flow composition and passenger flow change trend of the station.Secondly, based on principal component analysis and system clustering, the site is functionally positioned. In order to simplify the data and improve the analysis efficiency, the principal component analysis method can be used to extract the feature and reduce the dimension of the sample data related to the site function positioning, and then the system clustering is used to classify the track sites.Taking Jinan Rail Transit Line 2 as an example,it is divided into five types: general type station, residential dominant station, office dominant station, transfer dominant station and commuting dominant station.Practice has proved that this method can effectively reduce data complexity, simplify the analysis process, improve research efficiency, and provide strong support for the functional positioning of rail transit stations.Thirdly, the functional coupling of the rail station is analyzed. The functional coupling analysis of the rail station is divided into two parts: external functional coupling and internal functional coupling.Among them, the external functional coupling mainly studies the degree of connection between the rail transit system and the ground bus system.By calculating the accessibility score of the rail station and the availability score of the connecting bus,the linear accessibility coupling line is fitted by the least square method, and the vertical distance from the point to the line is used to express the degree of external functional coupling of the rail station. The internal functional coupling mainly studies the degree of connection between the scale of rail transit stations and the scale of passenger flow. The fitting function of the two is calculated by the model method of one-dimensional linear regression and multiple linear regression, and the coupling is visualized by drawing scatter plots or surface plots.Taking Jinan Rail Transit Line 2 as an example, the functional coupling relationship of rail stations is analyzed, and the universality of the model is verified. Finally, based on the multiple characteristics of the rail station, the evaluation index is determined from four aspects: land use, traffic, scale and passenger flow.Firstly, the fuzzy comprehensive method is used to evaluate the track stations, and the score ranking of each station is obtained, and the advantages and disadvantages of the method are analyzed. Then, the functional coupling coordination degree evaluation system is used to evaluate the track station, and the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of each station are obtained. The superiority of this method compared with the fuzzy comprehensive method is analyzed. Finally, taking Jinan Rail Transit Line 2 as an example, the superiority of the functional coupling coordination degree evaluation system is demonstrated.
