| Temporary roadside parking is very common on urban roads.Whether it is legal temporary parking or illegal temporary parking,it will have a negative impact on the traffic operation of urban roads,especially on arterial road sections with large traffic volume and high speed.It is of great practical significance to analyze and quantify the effect of temporary roadside parking on the capacity and travel time of urban road sections.This thesis firstly clarifies the factors that affect the traffic running status of urban road sections: road conditions,traffic organization and vehicle composition.On the basis of on-thespot traffic investigation,it makes a detailed qualitative analysis of the causes,location distribution,quantity and duration of temporary roadside parking affecting the traffic of road sections.Using the aerial video data of UAV,the driving behaviors of vehicles on the road sections affected by temporary roadside parking are identified as slowing down and following,lane change,driving on the marking,slowing down and passing,and parking and waiting.This effect of temporary roadside parking of cars and buses on road traffic is quantified by the influence ratio of temporary roadside parking of different vehicle types on road traffic.The results show that the influence ratio of temporary roadside parking of cars on road vehicles is16.7%,and that of temporary roadside parking of buses is 27.4%.Then,the concept of conversion coefficient of temporary roadside parking effect of different vehicle types is introduced,and three calculation methods based on influence coefficient of temporary roadside parking,traffic flow conservation and action space of vehicle are put forward.Based on influence coefficient of temporary parking and action space of vehicle,the conversion coefficient values of buses relative to cars are calculated as 1.64 and1.71 respectively.The reduction coefficient value of temporary roadside parking on road section capacity is calculated as 0.303 through the fitting relationship between the number of temporary roadside parking and the reduction of road section capacity based on the survey data.Then,a mathematical model for calculating the traffic capacity of road sections under the disturbance of temporary roadside parking is established,and the model is verified by test cases.The verification results show that the error of the model is between 1.19% and 3.91%.According to the driving process of the affected vehicles,the delay caused by passing through the road section is calculated,and a road section travel time estimation model considering the effect of temporary roadside parking is established.The test case shows that the model error is 3.06%.Finally,according to the fitting relationship between the number of temporary roadside parking and the average travel speed of the road section,the reference threshold is provided for the number of temporary roadside parking of cars and buses under different levels of service on urban arterial road sections by referring to grading recommendations of urban road level of service. |
