The rise of e-commerce has injected a huge amount of capital into the logistics industry and brought unexpected changes to our lives.The shopping mode of customers has changed from offline shopping to online shopping all the time.Not only that,but also the needs of customers have played a great role in promoting the reform of e-commerce logistics and distribution methods.At present,the main battlefield of logistics and distribution is in urban areas,and this phenomenon will become more and more obvious as a large number of rural populations move to cities.However,the current urban logistics distribution is facing many difficulties.The traditional logistics and distribution methods are inefficient,the logistics and distribution costs remain high,the customer satisfaction is low,and there are many problems such as environmental impact.The entry of drones into the logistics market has brought a new dawn to urban logistics.With the continuous maturity of related technologies,smart logistics will be an excellent tool to solve the contradiction between human and nature in urban logistics.Based on the background of urban logistics distribution,this paper fully analyzes the characteristics of urban logistics and drone logistics,considers practical problems such as regional restrictions and multiple models,and designs a logistics mode for joint distribution of trucks and drones under the corresponding circumstances.The main content Including:(1)Analyze the characteristics of urban logistics distribution mode and drone logistics distribution mode and the relationship and difference between the two,and summarize the corresponding logistics distribution mode;(2)Consider the real scene of urban areas,construct The mixed integer linear programming model for the joint distribution of a single truck and a single drone under the limitation of the drone area is verified by Gurobi solver to solve small-scale examples,and a dual-population genetic algorithm is designed for medium-and large-scale examples.The feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by comparing with the Gurobi solver.The superiority of the joint distribution mode is proved by the comparative analysis with the traditional logistics distribution mode;(3)Considering the real scene of the urban area,construct the mixed integer of multi-model trucks and multi-drone joint distribution under the limitation of truck and drone area.Linear programming model and decompose this problem into two sub-problems with a phased thinking.A double-crossover genetic algorithm is designed to solve the sub-problems of the first stage,and the problem of the second stage can be transformed into the joint distribution problem of a single truck and a single drone under the limitation of the drone area.The difficulty of solving the problem is reduced and the speed of solving the problem is improved by the step-by-step method.And the solution results show that the joint distribution mode is better than the traditional distribution mode.(4)Through the actual case,taking the urban end logistics distribution in Changsha City,Hunan Province as the background,the logistics distribution mode is designed and analyzed.The solution results show that the combined distribution mode of trucks and drones in this paper can improve the efficiency of logistics distribution.Reduce logistics and distribution costs and indirectly improve customer satisfaction,which has a positive impact on urban end logistics.
