| With the in-depth implementation of the "Belt and Road",regional coordinated development strategy and new urbanization strategy,the urbanization process in China has accelerated significantly in recent years,and rail transit is gradually developing into a backbone transportation mode within and between urban agglomerations with its characteristics of safety,speed and environmental protection,and the investment in urban rail transit construction in China is also increasing year by year.However,the number of large cities is increasing,while the urban population is increasing,a series of urban space congestion problems are generated,and the traffic pressure will become more and more large,at this time,the development and utilization of urban underground space is particularly important,and urban rail transit is more and more urban low rail transit.Due to the advantages of high degree of automation,low cost,fast construction speed and effective control of ground collapse,the shield method has become the main construction method for the construction of urban underground rail transit tunnels,and the shield segment is the main material in the construction of the shield method,and its demand is huge.Shield segment production has been transformed from the traditional extensive production mode of fixed molds to an automated assembly line production process,and various manufacturers have also done a lot of exploration,research and application in shield intelligent manufacturing and informatization.This paper develops a set of non-standard automation equipment for the production of shield segments,the main function of the equipment is to solve the problem of mold cleaning and mold release agent spraying automation in the production process of segments,the equipment replaces labor,reduces production costs,improves production efficiency,and improves product quality.The main research content of this article is:1.The mechanical structure of the automatic cleaning of the segment mold and the automatic spraying equipment of the mold release agent is designed.It includes X-axis horizontal moving parts,Y-axis lateral moving parts,Z-axis vertical moving parts,cleaning spraying actuators,etc.2.Design the control system according to the mechanical structure.With Siemens PLC and HMI as the core of the control system,the control system hardware is selected,and the electrical schematic of the control system is designed,and finally the PLC automatic control program writing and HMI configuration interface are completed.3.Conduct system debugging to explore automatic cleaning and spraying performance.The theoretical analysis of the cleaning spraying executive end is carried out,and the automatic cleaning of the segment mold and the automatic spraying equipment of the release agent are used as the research objects to determine the optimal cleaning and spraying parameters. |
