Abstract/Summary:
With the great development of urban rail transit and railway construction in recent years,the number of tunnels also increases greatlyand the demand for shield segment is huge.However,at present,the segment production in China is still entirely dependent on manual labor,especially in the mold cleaning and release agent spraying these two processes,the longest time,low efficiency,high labor cost.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a control system for automatic cleaning and spraying equipment of shield segment die to realize automatic cleaning of mold and automatic spraying of release agent at the same station for improving production efficiency of segment,reducing cost and promoting the development of intelligent production of segment in China.This paper focuses on the design of automatic cleaning and spraying equipment control system of shield segment die and the key technologies involved in the control process.The contents are as follows:1.According to the overall size of the mold cavity,the opening and closing Angle of the side mold and the end mold,as well as the position,volume size and height of the bulge,an arc trajectory control algorithm based on PLC without arc interpolation function was designed.The algorithm solves the movement speed of the two linkage axes under the set subdivision Angle,and PLC sends pulse to control the two axes,making the cleaning and spraying actuator run along the preset arc trajectory.2.The control model of demoulding agent spraying system is constructed,and the fuzzy self-adaptive PID control algorithm is used to design and simulate,and then compared with the conventional PID control algorithm,the response speed and stability are greatly improved,so the fuzzy self-adaptive PID control algorithm is selected to control the electric regulating valve to achieve the demoulding agent spraying with temperature variable.3.Set up the control system based on Siemens 1200 series PLC.Firstly,carry out the hardware design,select sensors and executive components to monitor the operating state and indicators of the equipment,realize the functions of mold identification,mold positioning,automatic cleaning,variable spraying of mold release agent,visual detection,and complete the design of the electrical system.Secondly,modular software design,according to the algorithm to achieve mold automatic cleaning and release agent spraying,and based on Wincc to complete human-machine interface design,to achieve human-machine interaction and state monitoring.4.Inspection by debugging and test on site control system stability and security,for the cleaning of the test process of caton and segment after the mold existence chromatism problem put forward the optimization scheme and verification,optimization is completed with the actual production line continuous running test,to evaluate the results,can meet various requirements,application prospect.
