Subway is the infrastructure of the country, the subway construction is a major event related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood. Subway construction needs to consume a wide variety, a huge amount of material. Subway construction, material fee accounted for and subway construction quality of source and the total cost of the project 60- 70%, form the basis for the subway project.Material management includes four steps: procurement, transportation, storage and supply procurement is first step, is to determine the basis of the other three aspects of business factors, plays a central role of a connecting link between the preceding and the following in the subway project.Subway tunnel segment is "Diamond mask", an important part is the subway industry chain. Whether high quality procurement is the key to reduce engineering cost, improve project quality, shorten the construction period, ensure the safety of construction, and improve the level of construction technology.In this paper, the combination of mathematical model and project, selecting segment this important, typical Metro materials, mainly to do the following work:(1)Describes the domestic metro materials market on several current supply mode; the pros and cons of Xi’an subway construction segment in procurement using two procurement model(a supply and a control) potential are analyzed, and the effect factor carried on analysis and discussion of Xi’an Metro Line 3 segment procurement mode.(2)To Metro Line 3 TJSG-9 standard subway project as an example, elaborated segment procurement process, procurement and procurement of critical control points(preparation of procurement plans, supplier selection and evaluation, segment entry test).(3)Constructed the evaluation index system of supplier selection and segment.(4)It was constructed based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process segment procurement model; in order from one to the other, from point to surface, Xi’an and other cities in metro construction steel, concrete, large-scale machinery and equipment, and material procurement provides basis and reference...
