In recent years,the high-quality development of the "Belt and Road" has continuously achieved new results.As an important carrier of the Silk Road Economic Belt,international railway trains have become an important way of China’s foreign cooperation and exchanges.The number of railway trains represented by China-Europe,China-Vietnam,China-Lao s and China-North Korea continued to grow,and the service quality continued to improve.Since the outbreak of COVID-19,shipping ports have been congested and global supply chains have been blocked.International rail transport has played a crucial role in the global fight against the epidemic and the resumption of work and production.However,the rapid growth of the supply of goods has also brought development bottlenecks such as line congestion,prolonged operation time,and low customs clearance efficiency.Among them,optimizing the information sharing mechanism and improving the level of information sharing are the key steps to improve the efficiency of international railway intermodal transportation.There are many participants in international railway transportation and they belong to different countries and organizations,which is the main reason for the obstruction of information sharing in the transportation process.Therefore,this paper adopts blockchain technology to optimize the information sharing mechanism,uses evolutionary game theory to study the main factors affecting the strategic choice of each carrier,and puts forward relevant development suggestions,which has very important value.This paper firstly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of railway transportation in international trade on the basis of the development status of international railway transport.The main problems currently faced by international railway combined transport are put forward and the main reasons are analyzed.According to the current development status of blockchain technology,new ideas for optimizing the development of international railway combined transport are proposed.Secondly,it deeply analyzes the deficiencies of the existing information sharing modes of international railway intermodal transportation,sorts out the principles and advantages of blockchain technology,and proposes the specific needs of applying blockchain technology to optimize information sharing based on the pain points of international railway intermodal transportation.Combined with the application status and technical advantages of blockchain,it is proposed to establish a consortium blockchain system suitable for information sharing of international railway intermodal transportation.The optimization logic and application scenarios are elaborated,and the construction mode of the blockchain platform and its main influencing factors are proposed.Then,based on the application of blockchain to the optimization of information sharing in international railway intermodal transport,the game mechanism and process of information sharing among carriers are analyzed.A tripartite evolutionary game model of OSJD-Train Company-Overseas Freight Forwarder is constructed,the strategy selection process of each game subject is studied,and the evolutionary and stable strategies of the tripartite under different conditions are found through the model solution.Finally,combined with the actual operation of international railway transport,numerical simulation analysis is used to simulate the evolutionary game process of train companies and overseas freight forwarders supervised by OSJD under different conditions.The main parameters in the game model are adjusted to study their different effects on the evolutionary game process.Finally,according to the main conclusions of model solution and simulation analysis,specific suggestions for the development of information sharing in international railway intermodal transportation are put forward.
