With the steady development of China’s economy,the railway transportation system is gradually moving towards an interconnected and reticular operation system.In order to build a modern and efficient high-speed railway network,timely promote the construction of parallel lines of existing high-speed railway channels and strengthen the capacity of main channels of busy high-speed railway,in addition to planning new station lines to make up for the shortage of regional transportation capacity,at present,it is more to adopt the way of mutual access of new lines between existing stations.In the existing busy railway trunk lines involving high-grade construction projects,the game relationship between transportation organization and construction organization is very complex.How to ensure the smooth progress of construction organization in stages and minimize the impact of construction on the train operation organization is the core of this study.Under the background of the reconstruction of high-speed railway station in a section,this paper studied the collaborative optimization between train timetable and train route allocation.Firstly,based on the analysis of train operation plan,the factors affecting the arrangement of train timetable and train route allocation and the correlation between them were compared to determine the feasibility of collaborative research between them;The synergetics theory was introduced to systematically describe the phase change cycle process of high-speed railway train operation system under the intervention of control parameters,and the research concept of high-speed railway train operation organization system based on the state transition of control parameters was put forward;Based on the relevant theoretical research on the construction organization of existing railway lines,this paper summarized the six aspects of the impact of the new rail line access station reconstruction on the train operation organization,namely,the blocking of station routes,the loss of station carrying capacity,the stopping of passenger trains,the change of passenger transfer,the interval speed limit and the change of construction skylight,and realized the quantitative description of the impact degree of each disturbance.On this basis,the generalized cost matrix of arrival-departure line and throat area was established,and the comprehensive generalized cost of interval operation was quantitatively described,which was further extended to the optimal submodel of station operation and the optimal submodel of interval operation under the construction state;Finally,the multi-objective programming method was adopted to construct the collaborative optimization model of high-speed railway train timetable and train route allocation plan under the condition of the accessing of new rail line based on the transfer of construction stage,aiming at the lowest comprehensive cost of station and interval operation under the construction state.The simulated annealing algorithm was designed combined with the characteristics of the model.The rebuilding project of Shenzhen North Station introduced by Ganzhou-Shenzhen High speed Railway was taken as an example and the optimal collaborative plan of train timetable and train route allocation within the construction plan transferred according to the construction stage were generated through MATLAB programming.This paper analyzed the optimization results from three angles: train timetable,train route allocation plan and transportation plan,and discussed the disadvantages and benefits of the "two-stage" blockade strategy.Finally,through the analysis of experimental results and combined with the actual production situation,the efficiency improvement suggestions with practical guiding significance were given.
