| As an important means of railway system line maintenance,large-scale operation and maintenance equipment of railway line play an important role in the safe operation of railway.This type of special equipment has a huge volume and many complex actuators.The central hydraulic oil source power system is adopted,and the hydraulic pipelines are all over the body.The working efficiency is affected by this,and there are risks such as oil leakage,pollution and insufficient reliability.Aiming at the transmission system characteristics of large-scale operation and maintenance equipment of railway line,this thesis puts forward the power "hydraulic telex" hybrid transmission system,and studies the intelligent design of its special core component-electro-hydrostatic actuator.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)For the power transmission system of large-scale operation and maintenance equipment of railway line,a new design scheme of power "hydraulic telex" hybrid transmission system is proposed.At the same time,in order to realize the rapid,low-cost and optimal design of the core component of the system-electro-hydrostatic actuator,the system design is completed based on the modular and universal design concept.(2)Based on the modular and universal system structure of special electro-hydrostatic actuator,an intelligent design method is proposed,mainly including the design of knowledge base,database and intelligent optimization layout system.The knowledge base mainly includes rule system,knowledge system and model base system.At the same time,the knowledge base can interact with the database to complete the call of parameters in the database;In order to assist in the structural layout design of electro-hydrostatic actuator,the interaction between knowledge base and intelligent optimization layout system is completed.(3)Aiming at the intelligent optimal layout problem of electro-hydrostatic actuator,the structural layout optimization design of electro-hydrostatic actuator is completed by using NSGA-Ⅱ genetic algorithm and taking the space volume and mechanical properties of electro-hydrostatic actuator as multiple optimization objectives.(4)Using the Win Forms form interface design technology in visual studio,combined with the use of Solid Works,MATLAB,MS SQL Server and other tool software,and using C#programming language,a special intelligent aided design software for electro-hydrostatic actuator is developed,which mainly includes the form interface design,database design and interaction design of parameter design sub form,intelligent layout sub form and system modeling sub form,The developed intelligent aided design software is used for example verification.The research shows that the intelligent design method proposed in this thesis provides a new solution for the rapid,low-cost and optimal design of special electro-hydrostatic actuator and similar hydraulic system for large-scale operation and maintenance equipment of railway line.The developed intelligent aided design software can greatly shorten the design cycle and reduce the design time and labor cost. |
