| As the country continues to develop economically and socially, people’s enjoymentoriented needs are getting much stronger, and the consumption index of travel and tourism keeps rising.Based on the national development strategy and the people’s growing need for a better life,China has introduced a number of regulations and policies to advocate the integration of ‘transportation + tourism’,and the 2019 Sichuan Mountain Rail Transit Planning Environmental Impact Report is a great practice of the concept of integration of transportation and tourism in China. In the development of the era of mass tourism, the travel experience and service needs of passengers are also rising, and the transportation roaming experience of "food, accommodation, travel, shopping and entertainment" has put forward higher requirements. Therefore,in the process of tourism, the waiting space of railroad passenger stations needs to adapt to the development of the times and passenger needs for functional optimization, and enhance the travel experience of passengers. Therefore,in the process of tourism, the waiting space of railway passenger stations needs to be optimized to meet the needs of the times and passengers, and to enhance the travel experience of passengers,to solve the design problems that are not adapted to the development of tourism. In the theoretical research,it is found that the research on the detailed design of the waiting space of railroad passenger stations and the research on enhancing the travel experience and service of passengers still needs to be improved.Based on the above phenomenon, this study uses flow theory as a research tool to provide a theoretical basis and theoretical paradigm for the design of waiting spaces for functional optimization and enhanced tourism experience.Firstly, the academic paper summarizes the theories and basic researches in the fields of flow theory and railroad passenger station waiting space, and sort out the classification of immersion, the influencing factors of immersion experience, the conditions and characteristics of immersion experience and the design rules of immersion as a theoretical guide.Secondly, the academic paper analyzes the development, space type, passenger behavior, passenger flow and functional configuration of the waiting space of railroad passenger stations, and through theoretical and field research, the paper concludes that there are design problems in the waiting space of railroad passenger stations in tourist cities.Thirdly, based on the sorting and analysis of the problems, the flow theory is introduced into the design of the waiting space, the contradiction between the two is clarified, the link control and degree control are proposed, the specific design points are explained by combining the methods of flow theory, and the design principles and design methods are refined based on the problems and points.Based on the above theoretical research and investigation results, the tourism resources, regional culture, passenger characteristics and needs of Wolong scenic area are investigated to provide a basis for the future design of the waiting space of Wolong station. Finally, taking Wolong passenger station waiting space as an example, design practice is carried out to combine the theoretical research results with survey research results and apply them to the design of waiting space to achieve case verification. It is hoped that this study can provide a theoretical reference and design paradigm for the design of railroad passenger station waiting space in the future, and contribute to the integration of transportation and tourism. |
