When the train passes through the small radius curve track,it will produce a large centrifugal force,and the unbalanced centrifugal force will be transformed into the external thrust of the train wheel rim on the rail head,resulting in the eversion of the rail,which has a great potential safety hazard.Therefore,it is necessary to study the strengthening measures of small radius curve track and put forward an appropriate track strengthening scheme.By investigating the application status of several common rail bracing structures on ballasted track continuous welded rail in China,based on the existing main problems,a new elastic rail bracing structure with small stiffness is developed in this paper.The structure improves the shape of the transition part of the back and bottom of the original rail support to make it more consistent with the shape of the rail waist and rail bottom,so as to increase the contact area and make the stress more uniform.At the same time,the fiber-reinforced composite material is selected for the new rail support structure,which improves the toughness and wear resistance of the rail support,makes the rail support have an appropriate amount of elasticity,and improves the transverse overall stress of the curved track structure.By establishing the finite element model of the new elastic rail support structure,the mechanical characteristics of the structure under the combined action of train load and elastic buckle pressure are calculated and studied.At the same time,the theoretical algorithm and the application effect of the new structure are verified based on the indoor and field test data.The results show that the rail stiffness under the buckle of the new elastic rail support is lower than that of the original rail support,which is helpful to improve the rail wear caused by the excessive stiffness between the existing rail support and the rail waist;At the same time,it can better protect the shoulder of concrete sleeper,so that it is not easy to be damaged under the action of large transverse force;In addition,based on the field test and calculation results,the rail support structure is optimized and improved,and the reinforced elastic rail support structure is further proposed.The strength and deformation of the structure are studied.It is found that its strength meets the material requirements and the structure is reasonable.Finally,based on the new rail brace structure,the corresponding transverse strengthening strategy of curved track is proposed.It is suggested to use rail brace to replace the gauge tie rod in the curved section,and the specific layout scheme of the new rail brace is put forward.The research content of this paper has a certain reference value for the follow-up development and improvement of rail brace.
