There are many small radius curves on subway lines, the distance between stations are short, and the vehicle start and brake frequently. Because of those reasons, the rail wear are accelerated. Currently in the Metro operation, rail wave grinding is a problem worthy of study. It not only damages the contact surface between rail and wheel, at the same time has great influence on the running properties. Rail wave grinding is rugged obviously wear formed within the top of rail in the curve line, and appears certain regularity of the waveform along the longitudinal. The amplitude will continue to deepen and expand, and it will accelerate the damage of rail, endanger traffic safety.A variety of track vibration damping measures at different areas in Beijing subway line, such as the absorber fastening, the elastic integral bed, the ladder sleeper, and the elastic short sleeper. However, over a period of time after the operation, a section of rail began producing larger uneven wear. With the operation time, the vibration and noise problem caused by the rail wear is serious with each passing day. It also draws the attention of design, construction, maintenance and other units.Considering the widespread rail wear phenomenon in subway line, and by using virtual prototyping technology in SIMPACK and finite element software ABAQUS, Metro Vehicle-Track Coupling model is established. For vehicle on the Absorber fastening curve lines, simulation and analysis have been carried out on curve radius, curve line, ramp setting and curve high set. And the influence of different types of track and vibration damping track parameters has also been carried.The results show that:small radius below500m, short distance curve, over curve superelevation and long downgrade ramp can increase the wheel-rail force, decrease the vehicle running safety and comfort. It will significantly increase the rail wear, and rail wave produced grinding are also more likely. During the running process in curve line, curve superelevation should be considered in the rail base slope adjustment, enlarge the inner rail base slope can be used to reduce the inner rail corrugation and side wear. The ladder sleeper and absorber fastening are better in decreasing the track structure dynamic response. The rail wave produced grinding is more likely on the absorber fastening track stracture, the elastic integral bed and elastic short sleeper effect better in the inhibition of rail wear. The ajustment measures on track structure parameters of absorber fastening, ladder sleeper and the elastic short sleeper have a certain role on reducing the rail wear.
