| As a special urban spatial form in the process of regional development,metropolitan area has become an important unit of modern urban organization.Facing the new characteristics of the current urban development,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to promote the development of metropolitan area and speed up its integration process.Based on the connotation of regional integration,this paper determines five integration levels of infrastructure,industry,market,public service and environmental protection.Based on the relevant data from 2011 to 2020,the entropy method is used to determine the weights of the integration of metropolitan areas.The linear weighting method is used to measure and analyze the integration index of inner city,inter-city and metropolitan area,and finally put forward the relevant optimization strategy of the integrated development of Chengdu metropolitan area.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)City integration level: During the study period,the internal integration of the four places showed an overall rising trend.At the end of the study period,the internal integration level of Meishan City was the highest,followed by Chengdu City and Deyang City,and Ziyang City was the lowest.Comparing the time series changes of the five types of integration,it can be seen that the integration level of infrastructure,market and public service in the four places is generally declining,while the integration of industry and environment is generally rising.By comparing the integration levels of the four cities and five levels,it is found that the market integration of Chengdu is the highest,the integration level of infrastructure and environment is the second,and the integration level of public service and industry is the lowest.The integration level of public service and market in Deyang City is in the middle position,and the integration level of infrastructure,industry and environmental protection is the lowest.Meishan City has the highest integration of infrastructure and environmental protection,the second highest level of industrial integration,and the lowest level of market and public service integration.Ziyang City has the highest level of integration of industry and public service,and the lowest level of integration of market,infrastructure and environmental protection.The integrated development of the four cities is unbalanced.(2)Inter-city integration level: During the study period,the inter-city integration level showed a significant upward trend,among which the integration level of Chengmei was the highest,followed by the integration level of Cheng-capital,and the integration level of Cheng-Germany was the lowest.By comparing the five integration levels among the three groups of cities,it is found that Chengde has the highest level of market integration,the middle position of infrastructure,public service and environmental protection integration,and the lowest level of industrial integration.Chengmei has the highest level of integration of infrastructure,industry and environmental protection,the middle level of market integration,and the lowest level of public service integration.The integration level of public services is the highest,industrial integration is in the middle,and the integration level of infrastructure,market and environmental protection is the lowest.There are shortcomings in the five dimensions of inter-city integration,and the development of inter-city integration is still unbalanced.(3)Integration level of metropolitan area: During the study period,the comprehensive integration index of metropolitan area showed a fluctuating upward trend,and the state of regional coordinated development was relatively obvious.Among the five types of integration,the level of environmental protection integration is the highest,and the level of infrastructure integration is the lowest.The integration level of environmental protection,market and infrastructure is higher than the comprehensive integration level,and the integration level of industry and public service is lower than the comprehensive integration level.Environmental protection and market integration are generally on the rise,while the integration of infrastructure,public services and industry is generally on the decline.The uncoordinated development layout of infrastructure,public services and industry is the main weakness hindering the integration process of Chengdu metropolitan area.(4)Based on the evaluation results of metropolitan integration and the main driving factors,the following optimization suggestions are put forward: spatially accelerate the construction of transportation network and build a comprehensive transportation system.Optimize the transportation and transfer facilities,improve the 1-hour commuting circle;Economically,we will build a circulation system of factors and promote the formation of a unified market.Deepen industrial synergy and agglomeration,strengthen industrial division of labor and cooperation;Make up for the shortcomings of public service facilities and improve the public service sharing system;In terms of ecological environmental protection,we should clarify the background of ecological resources and scientifically delineate functional zones.We will promote the construction of ecological projects and rationally plan ecological systems. |
