Rope traction rail transport vehicle is an important auxiliary transport equipment in coal mine production,with strong transportation capacity and simple structure.It is widely used in continuous direct transportation requiring integral hydraulic support and large fully mechanized mining equipment,underground roadway of metal mine and ground cargo transportation.However,due to the friction and extrusion between the traction wire rope and the rope pulley,the wire rope is worn too fast and is oxidized and corroded,and it breaks.In addition,the vehicle connecting rod breaks and falls off,and the steel wire rope slips on the winch drum,which makes this kind of transportation equipment have great potential safety hazards.In order to prevent the vehicle from runaway derailment after losing the pulling effect of steel wire rope,this paper focuses on the design and research of the braking system of rope traction rail transport vehicle.The main research work is as follows:(1)This paper introduces the current situation of hydraulic braking technology of rail vehicles at home and abroad,expounds the practical significance of studying the braking device of rope traction rail transport vehicles,and briefly introduces its system composition and braking system composition by taking the endless rope continuous tractor as an example.(2)Determine the technical parameters of the braking system according to the technical requirements and production requirements,on the basis of analyzing various schemes of hydraulic system pressure maintaining circuit,a hydraulic braking system scheme with accumulator as power source is designed.The structural characteristics and working principle of key hydraulic components are analyzed.Establish the overall mathematical model of components and system,and select the components according to the working requirements of hydraulic system.The structural principle and working process of the braking device of rail vehicles are studied,the upper and lower rail holding brakes are designed,the threedimensional geometric model is established,and the braking device is reasonably arranged on the vehicle body.(3)The model of hydraulic braking system is established on AMESim simulation platform,the main structural parameters affecting the filling performance of the system are analyzed and studied.The process of charging and braking of the system are simulated,and the braking performance under two common working conditions is considered and analyzed.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the effects of the length of the hydraulic cylinder inlet pipeline,the volume of the accumulator,the diameter of the brake hydraulic cylinder,the outlet diameter of the accumulator and the friction plate on the braking performance of the system are studied respectively.Finally,the primary and secondary relationship of each influencing factor is determined through orthogonal test,which provides a theoretical basis for system optimization.(4)Build a test device to test the actual liquid filling characteristics,braking characteristics and sealing of the hydraulic system.By comparing with the simulation results,the correctness of the theoretical analysis and simulation results are further verified,and it is proved that the designed hydraulic braking system scheme is feasible.
