| Accurate detection of grouting flow helps to accurately calculate ash consumption and ensure grouting effect.At present,electromagnetic flowmeter is widely used as the detection sensor of slurry flow parameters in grouting engineering.Since electromagnetic flowmeter has the disadvantage of large measurement error during the detection of grouting stage,a slurry flow detection method based on laser ranging technology is proposed.In order to further improve the measurement accuracy of the flow detection method and ensure the grouting quality,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the measurement accuracy control and optimization of the slurry flow detection method based on laser ranging technology.In this paper,the corresponding measurement accuracy control and optimization measures are put forward from three aspects: the sensor layout method,the liquid level-flow conversion method,and the liquid level shape control method in the mixing tank.The reliability was explored,and a slurry flow model in the mixing tank based on engineering practice was established.The main results are as follows:(1)The layout method of the laser ranging sensor is optimized: the slurry liquid level is divided into three areas,which are the laitance area with a distance of R/3 from the center of the stirring shaft,and a stable area with a distance of R/3~7R/8 from the center of the stirring shaft.And in the barrel wall area 7R/8~R from the center of the stirring shaft,the laser ranging sensors are arranged at equal intervals in the stable area,and no sensors are arranged in the floating slurry area and the barrel wall area.(2)Two flow algorithms suitable for grout flow detection method based on laser ranging technology are proposed,and the corresponding calculation formula is deduced.The results show that the measurement accuracy of the formula fitting algorithm improves slightly compared with the average algorithm.(3)The vertical + horizontal combined baffles are installed on the inner wall of the mixing tank,which helps to eliminate vortexes,thereby significantly improving the flow measurement accuracy under the average value algorithm,and to a certain extent,it contributes to the stability of the flow measurement accuracy.(4)A slurry flow model based on an engineering model was established,which was applied to the prediction of grouting flow measurement accuracy.The reasons for the large measurement error at small flow rates were summarized through the analysis of the flow field inside the slurry and at the liquid surface in the mixing tank,and an in-depth discussion was made.The mechanism of action of the vertical +horizontal combined baffle. |
