With the large-scale development of my country’s infrastructure construction,the excavations are widely used in tunnel construction in various types of engineering due to their efficient,economic and safe characteristics.As one of the core components of the excavation function of the excavation of the tunnel,the performance of the blade is closely related to the geological characteristics of the rock and soil of the excavation section.Based on the large-scale excavator construction data,this article is cleaned and the excavated data is cleaned and the discrete geological data is continuously interspersed to make it continuously.After that through data analysis,the knife plate of the excavation machine is evaluated under different strata conditions,and the evaluation is compared with the evaluation.Multiple target optimization of digging parameters in low strata to improve its performance.Finally,combined with the functions of excavator data management and visualization,the use of excavation of the performance evaluation and excavation parameter optimization decision-making system was used in actual projects.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Relying on a massive data of a certain project that is collected,sent and stored,data pre-processing is processed,including the original digging data cleaning and discrete geological data.Matching the tugging data based on the mileage and geological data,provides a data basis for subsequent blade performance evaluation and excavation parameters multi-target optimization.(2)Select the principle of selecting the evaluation indicators,establish the performance evaluation index system of the excavation of the excavation of the excavation of the transmitted hierarchical structure.Comprehensive fuzzy hierarchical analysis methods,vague evaluation,and fuzzy TOPSIS decision-making have made performance evaluation of the blade.By performing engineering applications under the six single strata conditions in a certain range of a certain project,its feasibility,accuracy and stability are verified.(3)To establish a multi-target optimization mathematical model for stratigraphy with low performance,through selecting optimization variables,building optimization target functions,and given optimization variable constraints.Subsequently,the NSGA-II algorithm that was improved by the orthogonal test method was solved.The comparison of the optimization results before and after showing that it can effectively reduce the average excavation ratio and the distance from the edge of the knife unit,while improving the average digging efficiency.(4)On the basis of achieving the performance evaluation of the knife tray and the multi-target optimization function of the excavation parameters,the integrated engineering information overview,the data management and visualization of the excavation,the data pre-processing,the mechanical parameter calculation and the system management Performance evaluation and excavation parameter optimization decision system.
