| In the context of the increasingly complex and changeable international relations and the urgent need for transforming and upgrading of China’s traditional manufacturing industry,our country is still facing the dilemma of "stuck necks" of some core technologies in the field of highspeed train technology.As a representative of China’s emerging strategic industry,high-speed train covers mechanical,mechanics,optics,electronics,electrical,computer,materials and other disciplines,which is an important symbol of "going out" in China’s high-level equipment.Research on the evolution and development of core technology is helpful to grasp the development routine of core technology and identify the technological bottlenecks in each stage,which can provide strategic information supporting for industrial technology catch-up and breakthrough.This paper takes the social network analysis method to identify the core technology at each stage of the development of high-speed train technology,and analyzes the characteristics of the technological strength of each country and the R&D cooperation mode of the core subjects during the evolution of the core technology.Taking the patent data of the highspeed train industry as a sample,the technical stage is divided according to the changing trend of the number of patent authorizations,and then the patent data is visualized based on the social network analysis method to form a patent citation network at each stage.Finally,the centrality of the node is calculated to identify each stage core patents and analyze the evolution characteristics of core technologies.The results show that the development of high-speed train technology includes three stages.At present,the industry is in the transitional stage,in which the core technology is related to the performance improvement of high-speed train.During the evolution of core technology,the evolution route of technical field appears to be from the basic technology field to the multiple technological field and then to the key technical field;by analyzing the innovation entities,it can be found that the innovation results obtained by the late-developing countries for the technology catch-up gradually appear;In the beginning,the core technology entities are dominated by dual-use key technology enterprises,and later extends to be comprehensive groups and research institutes.;the core patents obtained through joint research and development between entities continue to increase,the core patents based on R&D cooperation are on the rise,but the share in the entire core technology field is still limited. |
