| With the acceleration of globalization,people are increasingly concerned about environmental issues.The global climate change caused by emissions from traditional fuel vehicles has become more and more prominent.These environmental issues have attracted widespread social attention and severe environmental pressures.At the same time,due to the impact of globalization,economic ties and energy demand between countries are becoming increasingly close.However,the distribution of world energy resources is extremely uneven,and some countries and regions rely on imported energy.The use of non-renewable energy also faces challenges such as depletion and price fluctuations.With the increasingly severe environmental pollution and energy crisis,new energy vehicles have emerged.In recent years,many countries and regions have gradually strengthened their support policies for new energy vehicles,including tax incentives,subsidies,and the construction of public charging facilities.The implementation of these policies has laid a solid foundation for the development of new energy vehicles.With the continuous advancement of technology and the expansion of the market,new energy vehicles will become one of the main directions of global automotive industry development.This article focuses on exploring the competitive strategy of FAW Hongqi in the new energy vehicle industry.Based on a summary of existing literature on new energy vehicles,this article conducts an in-depth study of the development status and existing problems of FAW Hongqi in the new energy vehicle industry.It fully applies theoretical tools such as PEST model and Porter’s Five Forces model to analyze the external environment in which FAW Hongqi operates,closely combining with the internal resources of FAW Hongqi,and flexibly applying the SWOT analysis matrix to summarize the opportunities,threats,advantages,and disadvantages within the company,ultimately selecting a differentiated competitive strategy.In addition,based on the luxury high-end brand positioning of FAW Hongqi,this article proposes three specific differentiation competitive measures from the aspects of product technology roadmap,target customer groups,segmentation market layout,and brand marketing,including accelerating technological research and development breakthroughs,enriching the Hongqi product matrix,and strengthening brand marketing.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy,this article proposes reasonable suggestions from three dimensions of capital investment,human resources,and brand culture in terms of safeguard measures.As one of China’s earliest domestic automobile brands,FAW Hongqi has an irreplaceable position and influence in the Chinese automotive industry.Currently,the new energy vehicle industry is flourishing,and with the advancement of technology and policy support,its future growth potential is very broad.FAW Hongqi should timely adapt to the changes of the times,actively respond to external challenges,continuously practice and improve in the market,seize opportunities,and take a leading position in the field of new energy vehicles.It can be foreseen that FAW Hongqi will become one of the important representatives of China’s new energy vehicle industry in the future.In the fierce competition of the global new energy vehicle market,it will continuously enhance its technological level and brand value,meet the ever-increasing demands of consumers,and embark on a sustainable development path. |
