| High-voltage transmission lines will be affected by lateral wind blowing during operation,resulting in breeze vibration,which directly causes the loss of shares of the transmission line and the damage of power fittings,which has a significant impact on the safety of electricity.With the continuous improvement of transmission distance and transmission capacity in recent years,as well as the increase in the height of the suspension point of the line,the probability of breeze vibration has also increased greatly.The transmission line breeze vibration has a strong concealment and randomness when it occurs,and the damage of the breeze vibration to the transmission line and power fittings is a cumulative process,and it is difficult to measure the degree of damage by direct observation.In summary,a breeze vibration monitoring device with strong antiinterference ability and high measurement accuracy was developed.This paper from the transmission line breeze vibration formation of the causes,influencing factors and measurement principles to analyze,using narrowband Internet of Things technology and monitoring device combined method,put forward a to NB-Io T technology as the core of the high-voltage transmission line breeze vibration monitoring system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In view of the error problem of the accelerometer in the measurement data,the three data processing methods of the least squares method,the fast Fourier transform method and the Kalman filter are used for analysis,and the data error degree when using the Kalman filter method of the single accelerometer and the Kalman filter method of the double accelerometer is finally selected,which solves the data error problem caused by random interference when the accelerometer is used and improves the accuracy of the measurement data.(2)Design the vibration monitoring unit,obtain the acceleration information of the conductor when the transmission line vibrates through the acceleration sensor,and at the same time use the temperature and humidity sensor to collect the information around the transmission line,and use the wireless communication module BC26 to complete the data exchange between the monitoring station and the monitoring unit;In view of the problef equipment power supply,this paper proposes the energy consumption analysis of hardware modules,selects the appropriate battery capacity,and solves the problem of insufficient power supply in bad weather.(3)Design hardware data acquisition procedures and data upload procedures,and complete data upload and download between cloud platforms,terminal acquisition devices and communication modules;Design the monitoring interface of the cloud platform,upload the data collected by the sensor to the cloud platform,and complete the data visualization processing.Finally,the data acquisition test and data visualization test of the system are performed.Through test experiments,it is shown that the data acquisition module of the system can run stably,meet the accuracy requirements for the filtering of acceleration data,and the system generally meets the design requirements and has certain application value.Figure [66] Table [14] Reference [82]... |
