As the only part of the aircraft in contact with the ground,the mechanical properties of aircraft tires are closely related to the safety and reliability.Dynamic analysis of aircraft tires can predict the dynamic performance of tires,so as to better design tires.This thesis focuses on the frequency domain dynamics finite element analysis method,and develops independent industrial software in combination with this method.The main work is as follows:In chapter 2,a finite element model for frequency domain dynamics analysis of an aircraft tire is established.Frequency domain dynamics analysis methods includes modal analysis and harmonic response analysis.In the modal analysis,the computation method of the mass matrix,the solution process of the large sparse matrix eigenvalues and the dense matrix standard eigenvalues are introduced.In harmonic response analysis,the solution process of direct method and mode superposition method is introduced.The finite element format for frequency domain dynamics analysis of aircraft tires is given in the inflated configuration,which lays the foundation for the subsequent development of frequency domain dynamics solvers.In chapter 3,the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis solvers are developed.Firstly,the basic framework of the software is introduced.Based on the theory and method of the previous chapter,the modal analysis step and harmonic response analysis step and their corresponding solvers are designed.In modal analysis,subspace iteration and Lanczos method solvers are developed.In harmonic response analysis,direct method and modal superposition method solvers are developed,and introduces the GUI design.Finally,the accuracy of the algorithm is verified by testing different examples.In chapter 4,the frequency domain dynamic analysis of the aircraft tire is carried out.Firstly,establish the mesh model of STM1 and conduct the inflation analysis.On the basis of the aircraft tire inflation analysis,the frequency domain dynamics analysis is carried out.The modal analysis studies the natural frequency of the tire and its corresponding mode shape.The harmonic response analysis studies the relationship between the load direction,excitation frequency,damping magnitude and the displacement response.Finally,to compare with commercial software Abaqus,the computational accuracy of the developed software is verified.It is conducive to promoting the software research and development capabilities of domestic aircraft tire.Finally,the thesis is summarized and prospected.
