| The aircraft simulation cabin is a large-scale experiment cabin installed in a certain carrier,which can be used to study the vibration characteristics of carrier-based aircraft during the ejection taxiing stage.One of the advantages is that the aircraft simulation cabin can replace the expensive carried-based aircraft in some experiments with high risks.Some of the carrier-based aircraft experiments in US,Brazil follow this process.The aircraft simulation cabin can conduct the vibration experiment instead of carrier-based aircraft.The aircraft simulation cabin installed on the ejection quality car can help analyse the vibration data and thus making a reference to the design of the aircraft.Firstly,with the help of CATIA software,we build the CAD model of aircraft simulation cabin.Then we import the model to FEM software ANSYS Workbench,through simpify and geometrical processing,we build the FEM analysis model of the aircraft simulation cabin.During the buiding procedure,we uses large numbers of beam and shell element,and some three-dimensinal entity elements.This modeling method is highly significant.Secondly,this paper analyze the mode of the vibraion of the FEM model according to the mode analyse theory and obtain the first 20 natural frequencis and mode shapes.We analyse the vibration propertios of different parts of the aircraft refering to the results.Secondly,based on the modal analysis before,this paper also conduct the harmonic response analysis to the aircraft simulation cabin under vertical and lateral loads.Study the deformation response of all the parts of the nose of the aircraft and analyse vibration of the whole structure.Finally,according to the random vibration environment of jet aircraft and warships,we study the vibration response of the FEM model of the aircraft simulation cabin under random vibration spectrum,observe the vibrations of various part of the aircraft simulation cabin and search effective method to reduce the vibration of it. |
