The development of artificial intelligence,Internet of things,cloud computing and other technologies,for the development of complex smart home products to provide a solid technical basis and powerful solutions,the global market size of smart home products continue to grow.2021,the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan",clearly put forward the next five years to "Apply induction control,voice control,remote control and other technical means to develop smart home products.However,Dr.Liang Wei of the Ministry of Commerce Research Institute believes that the field of smart home in product design,product interconnection function development and other aspects to be advanced,there is a convenience of life to enhance and experience optimization is not obvious and other shortcomings,is still a high degree of substitution of optional consumption.The development trend of intelligence has deepened the complexity and systemic nature of the home appliance experience,and has put forward higher design requirements for smart home products involving multiple fields and disciplines in terms of product innovation design and experience.In order to enhance the innovative design of smart home products and provide targeted design directions,firstly,through the analysis of current smart home products’ life situations,control technologies and engineering technologies,we obtain the design dilemmas of smart home products in terms of information and feedback,substitutability,functions and user experience that need to be improved urgently.According to the design dilemma of smart home products,the design trends of clarification of product performance and meaningful instructions,emphasis on differences,and diversification and coordination of personalized human-computer interaction are proposed.Then,the design requirements of smart home products in terms of visual,structural and information feedback are summarized,and the three design principles of sensory matching,ease of operation and safety and error prevention are summarized in the pre-survey information of smart home products.Finally,based on the TRIZ conflict resolution principle,by constructing a correlation table between TRIZ standard engineering parameters and smart home product design principles,we obtain 36 engineering parameters exclusive to smart home product design,and realize the rapid transformation of smart home product design requirements to design principles and finally to TRIZ standard engineering parameters.On this basis,the original 40 invention principles are summarized,organized and streamlined into 23 new invention principles for smart home product design,and a conflict matrix table for smart home product design is constructed,and multiple design sketches obtained on the basis of the recommended multiple invention principles are introduced to the point evaluation method in order to quickly screen out the suitable hair design sketches into the program deepening stage.The smart home product design process based on TRIZ conflict resolution principle is constructed,and a set of design methods for exclusive smart home products is formed.The design feasibility analysis of the smart home product design method in terms of technology,design process and smart toilet case shows that the method is under the existing technical support,complements the conception of the existing general smart home product design process,optimizes the TRIZ conflict resolution,provides targeted guidance for the design of smart home products,and enriches and improves the smart home product design method. |
