| With the development of high-tech weapons,the weapons equipped with infrared guidance have become the mainstream combat means of modern warfare,and necessary target tracking testing is required during the development process.In order to verify the performance of infraredguided weapons,it is necessary to develop a infrared simulation target that is suitable for outfield use,has credible evaluation effects,and can simulate the infrared radiation characteristics of ground military targets under different conditions.Aiming at the guidance requirements of ground moving targets,this work establishes an infrared radiation model for vehicles under dynamic conditions based on the thermal radiation theoretical model of ground military vehicles.Based on this model,corresponding target objects are established to realize infrared simulation of vehicles.The specific research content of this work includes:1)Based on the basic principle of infrared simulation and taking into account the influence of the vehicle self-radiation and background radiation,a thermal model method which is used to calculate the infrared radiation of vehicles is established by thermal model method.By analyzing the function and structure of each module,the overall scheme of the infrared simulation target system is given.2)Design the structure of the infrared simulation.By analyzing the structural characteristics of the target,the design of the target is completed from three parts: the selection of the radiation source material,the determination of the insulation material and thickness,and the design of thesystem input power.3)Complet the hardware design of the infrared simulation target control system.The infrared simulation target temperature control system with an embedded control chip as the core,supplemented by temperature sensing,temperature conditioning,heating drive,temperature setting,and display is determined,which has the advantages of simple structure,stability,and reliability.4)Complet the algorithm and software design of the infrared simulation target control system.Based on the methods of system identification and algorithm optimization,an adaptive control algorithm based on infrared simulation target is designed.The subroutines in the infrared simulation target are designed by using C language,and the overall system design of the infrared simulation target is completed through the cooperation of software and hardware.Finally,The actual performance of the infrared simulation target is verified by simulation test and field test.The result shows that the designed infrared simulation target has excellent control performance and high simulation accuracy,which proves that the method adopted in this work can realize the simulation of infrared radiation to a certain extent. |
