| The vast rural areas in my country have beautiful natural environment,diverse space types,and rich cultural connotations.They are an important carrier for inheriting Chinese culture and have unique protection significance and value.However,with the rapid urbanization construction and the rapid flow of resources between urban and rural areas,the rapid development of rural industries has brought about the improvement of rural space quality and rural income on the one hand,but also caused ecological damage,lack of locality,and extensive design.The contradiction between the protection and inheritance of rural characteristics and industrial development is prominent,and the exploration and protection of the coordinated industrial development model is an issue that urgently needs to be considered and discussed at this stage.This study selects the Shijiu Lake-Gucheng Lake polder area as the research object,constructs a coupled evaluation system of "spatial characteristics-industrial development",selects three types of polder villages with different industrial types in the polder area as typical samples,and measures the spatial characteristics and the relationship between them.The coupling relationship between the status quo of industrial development,and based on this,discuss the direction and strategy of future industrial transformation in the polder,and predict the results of the transformation.This article consists of five parts:The first part is background research(Chapter 1).The background research part mainly expounds the research background,research significance,concept definition,and sorts out the research progress at home and abroad,and then clarifies the research purpose,content and method.The second part is basic research(Chapter2 and Chapter 3I).The basic research is divided into two parts.The first is to study the spatial characteristics of rural settlements in the polder area,sort out and summarize the historical evolution process of the polder area,analyze the constituent elements of the rural settlement space system in the polder area,and summarize the polder area from the three aspects of the location,form and living environment of the rural settlement space.Characteristics of rural settlement spaces.The second is the research on the industrial development in the polder area.This paper sorts out the evolution process of the polder industry in each historical stage,studies the characteristics of the current industrial development from the regional level and the polder settlement level,and divides the polder villages into three types:agriculture-based polder villages,industrial-based polder villages,and tourism-based polder villages.type.The third part is the establishment of the measurement model(Chapter 4).Based on the rural spatial characteristics and industrial development status of the polder area,the corresponding "spatial characteristicsindustrial development" coupling evaluation index system is established for the industrial characteristics of agricultural basic polder villages,industrial basic polder villages,and tourism basic polder villages.System coupling evaluation model and obstacle factor diagnosis model.The fourth part is empirical research(chapter five and chapter six).Three representative polder villages in the polder area were selected for empirical measurement.The first is the measurement of the coupling relationship of "spatial characteristics-industrial development" in the dimension of status quo.The evaluation results of the coupling between the spatial characteristics and industrial development of the three different industrial types of the agricultural-based,industrial-based,and tourism-based polder villages were obtained respectively,and the main obstacle factors affecting the coupling and coordination were identified.The second is the multi-scenario forecast of the industrial transformation of the polders under the requirements of the coordination of spatial characteristics and industrial development from the perspective of the future.Establish a multi-scenario industrial transformation forecasting method of "summary of current problems-construction of transformation scenarios-comparison and selection of transformation plans",and carry out industrial transformation forecasts for the above-mentioned three polder villages.The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook(Chapter 7)..Summarize the research achievements and shortcomings,and put forward research prospects.This research provides a certain theoretical basis and technical support for the research and practice of industrial transformation under the inheritance of the characteristics of the polder villages,and provides a certain reference for the future practice of the protection planning of the polder rural spatial characteristics and the formulation of industrial transformation strategies.The text of this study is about 80,000 words,with 97 figures and 62 tables. |
