The Preliminary Research On Fort ZhengYuan In Yong’an City,Fujian Province

Central Fujian is located in the intersection of culture,development late,many immigrants.In the Ming and Qing dynasties,when the social structure was in turmoil,the local ancestors combined with the mountain shape and water situation,together with the township,the village,the nationality,the family or the whole family to build a large scale of construction,to build earth forts against the invading enemy.However,at present,traditional villages and settlements in central Fujian are gradually hollowing out,and modern buildings lack regional cultural connotation.In this context,it provides a new possibility to explore the reasons behind the construction of earth fort settlements from multiple disciplines,so as to protect and inherit the architectural characteristics and cultural connotation of earth fort and protect the village style pattern.In this paper,the Fort Zhengyuan in Xiaotao town,Yong’an city,Fujian province,which has multiple historical marks and is facing protection and renovation,is selected as the research carrier.Abundant primary data are obtained through multiple field investigations,mapping and interviews.Firstly,the background of the construction of Fort Zhengyuan is introduced,and the material basis and ideological basis of the construction of the earthen castle are exposed from the two aspects of natural environment and human history.Secondly,the development process of Dataokou Village,where Fort Zhengyuan is located,and the source of immigration in Dataokou Village are excavated,and then the construction process and housing layout development process of Zhang’s house are summarized with the help of research interviews,local history and genealogy.Thirdly,starting from the construction goal of Fort Zhengyuan,the site selection concept,layout process,the original streamline system and water supply and drainage system of Fort Zhengyuan are restored.Then,the architectural composition of the restored Fort Zhengyuan is further elaborated,and its architectural characteristics are compared and summarized.Finally,the value and current situation of Fort Zhengyuan are evaluated,the practical problems faced by the protection and inheritance of Fort Zhengyuan are summarized and three guidelines for the protection and inheritance of Fort Zhengyuan are proposed.The full text is about 39,000 words,and the chart is more than 120(groups).
