Affected by the upgrade of tourism consumption the improvement of urban functions,China leisure tourism market has begun to internal circulation mode and leisure tourism resources in the suburban are popular with tourists.Since the leisure tourism is different from sightseeing tourism in tourism purpose,tourists composition and consumption mode,and the planning of tourism bus network in some cities lacks systematicness,it is necessary to do research on the tourism bus network planning,in order to enrich the the tourism transportation theory,enhance the attractiveness of urban tourism public transportation and promote the environmentally friendly development of urban tourism economy.Firstly,the traffic characteristics of leisure tourism in suburban are analyzed.The research in the field of tourism and transportation are intergrated and the concept of leisure tourism transportation in suburban is defined.The characteristics and development principles of tourist bus are summarized,and the development environment of tourist bus is analyzed from both positive and negative aspects.The data of tourism and leisure websites are used to establish an evaluation model of attraction intensity of tourist attractions based on factor analysis,which provides a market-oriented evaluation basis for network planning.Secondly,the research on the method of leisure tourism traffic demand in suburban is proposed.The characteristics of tourism traffic demand in suburban are analyzed,and a combined forecasting model of tourism traffic generation and distribution is established.Based on the division of zones and tourism traffic types,the GM(1,1)model is used to predict the total tourism demand which is used as the constraint to predict the tourism demand of tourism-zones.The gravity models related to tourist attractions,rail transit stations and supporting facilities are established to predict the trip distribution based on the demand of tourism-zones.Thirdly,the research on the method of leisure tourist bus in suburban is proposed and a multi-level station system for tourist bus in consisting of the first and second level distribution centers and bus stations is constructed.The theory of tourism space is introduced and a multilevel station planning model for leisure tourism in suburban is established.A Weighted kmeans++ cluster algorithm is proposed,and the importance of samples is distinguished by the degree of their closeness to tourist attractions and rail transit stations.The group of tourist attractions are divided,and the layout of the distribution center is generated through the first clustering and the layout of tourist bus stations is generated through the secondary clustering.Constraints are considered to determine the locations of the multi-level stations.Finally,the research on the method of leisure tourist bus network in suburban is proposed.Based on the multi-level station system,a multi-level tourist bus network consisting of express lines and general lines is configured.The express line network design model based on Kshortest path method is established,with the goal of satisfying the constraints and covering the maximum the direct demands of passengers.Through measuring the social benefits by transfer demands of passengers and replacement of modes of transportation,a multi-objective model for general line design is established with the goal of maximizing the demands of passengers and maximizing the benefits of enterprises and society and the NSGA-II genetic algorithm with elite strategy is used to solve the model.The adjustment and evaluation method of bus network of leisure tourism is proposed.A case study on bus network planning for leisure tourism in Jiangning District.Based on the multi-source data,the traffic characteristics of leisure tourism in Jiangning District is analyzed,the district is divided into 22 zones to predict the tourism traffic demand.The District is divided into 4 group of scenic spots and a multi-level station plan is proposed.The multilevel bus network planning model is established and a configuration scheme of the tourist bus network consisting of 3 express lines and 6 general lines is proposed,which verifies the effectiveness of the method.
