| The important signs of building industrialization are standardization of building design,factory production of components and fittings,mechanization of construction,and scientific organization and management.However,the problems of low mechanization of construction and low efficiency of construction are particularly prominent.Especially there is no special mechanical equipment for installing prefabricated wall panels in prefabricated buildings.In order to improve the construction efficiency of prefabricated buildings,this paper takes prefabricated foamed lightweight concrete wallboard(FLCW)with light weight,high strength and superior performance as the carrier,and develops the equipment for efficiently installing the wallboard.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)Based on the installation requirements of FLCW,an automatic wallboard installation machine(AWIM)is designed,which can transport FLCW and drive FLCW to rotate and move sideways.According to the principle of mechanical design,the equipment is divided into two parts:suction mechanical gripper and functional mechanical car.Firstly,according to the characteristics of FLCW,such as material properties and weight,the vacuum chuck module and the mechanical structure for fixing the module are designed,and the effectiveness of the vacuum chuck module is verified by experiments,and the feasibility of the mechanical structure is verified by ABAQUS.Secondly,referring to the design ideas of the existing mechanical mechanism,a small rotating mechanism and a lateral moving mechanism are designed,and the mechanism is assembled on the modified stacker to form a functional mechanical vehicle.Finally,considering the modification and upgrading of the equipment,the components are connected by bolts and the AWIM is made.(2)The feasibility of the equipment is discussed in an all-round way.Through the calculation of the bearing capacity of the connecting bolts of the equipment,the stress and deflection of the portal frame,it is found that the strength of the equipment meets the working requirements.The experiment of grabbing FLCW by the equipment is carried out.The results show that the equipment can achieve the expected effect from holding FLCW to driving FLCW to lift,rotate,move sideways and displace.ABAQUS is used to calculate the local stress and strain of FLCW when it is adsorbed by vacuum chuck.The calculation results show that FLCW will not be damaged locally when it is adsorbed.Taking Huai-an demonstration project as an example,the dynamic response of the structure under the load of equipment vehicles is analyzed by ABAQUS.The results show that the equipment will not cause safety problems to the structure.(3)The standardized construction process of FLCW based on equipment is explored.Based on the characteristics of equipment and FLCW,the connection structure of FLCW in reinforced concrete frame and steel frame is designed as outer retaining wall and inner filling wall respectively.Taking Huai-an demonstration project as an example,combined with the connection structure of FLCW,the construction scheme of installing FLCW efficiently with equipment is given,which is used to guide the actual construction. |
