With the increasing popularity of moxibustion,modern moxibustion instruments are also booming.At present,most of the existing moxibustion instruments on the market are used as auxiliary instruments for artificial moxibustion,which is difficult to realize the automation and intelligence of moxibustion process.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop an intelligent moxibustion robot.This paper focuses on the appearance modeling and interactive interface of moxibustion robot,in order to improve the moxibustion experience of patients,facilitate the treatment management of doctors and promote the communication between doctors and patients.Firstly,this paper studies the theory of emotional influence design and user experience design,and explores the method of appearance and interface design of moxibustion robot.Based on the previous user research and competitive product analysis,this paper defines the target group and product positioning of moxibustion robot,constructs the user portrait and scenario story,and analyzes the user needs.Secondly,based on the research of medical product emotional design,according to the existing structure characteristics of the modelling of moxibustion robot are analyzed,and eight appearance design scheme,using semantic differential method in the design of the emotional,subjective perceptual evaluation scheme of the original,thus determines the final appearance modelling,and build the robot application scenario simulation in a hospital.Then,based on the theory of user experience elements,the design process of intelligent moxibustion user interface was established to complete the interface design of patient side and doctor side.According to the preliminary product positioning,demand analysis and scene construction,the functional framework design of the scope layer,the information architecture and task flow design of the structure layer,the prototype design of the framework layer and the visual design of the performance layer are successively completed.After the interface design is completed,the client-side and doctor-side front-end interface functions are implemented based on uni-app framework and C#.Finally,the usability of the patient-side and doctor-side interfaces is tested.The core tasks were tested and the interface satisfaction questionnaire was conducted to evaluate the usability of the interface in a subjective and objective way.In the test,the user’s task completion degree and efficiency are high;The subjective evaluation score is high.Based on the results of usability test,the improvement direction of interface design is proposed.
